Continental breakfast was marginal, all self-serve, mostly microwaveable prepackaged choices from warehouse store. Worked fine for us, but definitely a notch down compared to hot breakfast choices at a Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn. Would've appreciated an on-site workout/gym option, but not a deal breaker for us.

Everything you need, nothing that you don't. Big, spacious rooms with vinyl plank flooring, which we prefer for cleanliness (also better for dog friendly facilities such as this one), powerful showers, wide hallways, large thoughtfully designed common spaces, free parking next to building. Friendly, resourceful and helpful front desk staff. Beautiful, quiet location along the river.

We had a wonderful stay at the Watershed Hotel! It’s not always easy to find a place that’s truly dog-friendly, but this hotel went above and beyond. Our room had a beautiful river view, and the whole space had a new, modern yet cozy industrial vibe that we loved. A special highlight was meeting Bailey and her dog Dax on our first day. She was so warm and accommodating, and she gave us great recommendations on places we could enjoy with our pup. That personal touch made our stay even more memorable. If you’re traveling with a dog and want a stylish, welcoming place with amazing views, Watershed Hotel is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff member who checked me in was very kind and welcoming. However, while we were talking, a person got in line behind me and the staff member repeated my room number loudly in front of him. As a solo traveler, I didn't love that. Perhaps some training in guest privacy/safety would be useful. Additionally, the parking pass to be displayed in my windshield had my room number written on it. Another safety concern that made me feel uncomfortable, so I left it in my windshield with that part folded over. I'd prefer if they simply asked for my plate number during check-in and only wrote the date on the physical pass.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom, minimal decor, view of the river, mini fridge was actually cold. Breakfast was decent and coffee available 24/7.

Far away from sites of Sheybogan. Got lost for quite a while the first night because the streets are not clearly marked, and since we were far away, had a really hard time finding the hotel.

There was a wedding and reception in the lobby area upon arrival. We couldn't access or use that area. It would have been nice to be able to sit on the patio to enjoy the view in the evening.
