The parking is annoying. I wish they maybe had assigned parking for each room. It was not always easy to find a parking spot let alone find one near your room.

Being so close to the beach was great and we could easily walk down to the other attractions

The train was a bit louder than expected and multiple trips during the night. Beds could use updating. The people above us walked around constantly stomping from 11pm-6am and opening and closing the sliding door and shower door. You hear it all.

Door lock needs to be replaced. Toilet flapper needs to be replaced. Light bulbs were out.

The facility itself is quite dated and could use some upgrading. That being said we felt that it was clean and well maintained. Parking seems limited and not well marked for guests.

Loved the convenient location. Walking distance to the pier and shops. Appreciated the size of the room with the kitchenette. We all thought the beds were very comfortable and also appreciated the ice machine. Access to 4 pools, which includes 3 adjacent properties.

housekeeping on room was awful.. made the bed once in five nights, only came after 2 pm and I had to empty my own trash three days.

The water hoses all over the pool, lifeguards had no answers, the pool was not heated ever, children eating food in hot tub ages 2-12, being afraid to use deck to view ocean that you could not see as requested, rusted seats to sit in, opening front door was very difficult had to get it just right

Room was dated but in great condition! Mattress wad hard, old, very uncomfortable. Pool was cloudy and cold.

Room was clean and a decent size with separate areas for each bed. Towels were replenished daily if desired. Staff friendly. We could easily run up from the beach to the room for snacks and potty breaks

I think $468 per night is kind of high. The kitchenette needs some operating. My toaster didn’t work & there weren’t any bowls for mixing stuff. The stove was slammed so it was hard to cook. Like I said they should revamp it and add a microwave. The fridge was nice and cold though.

It’s close to the beach & the beds are comfortable.

Well the refrigerator turned off during our stay and we lost some meats, milk and other items but didn't complain because we were leaving the next day.

The location was perfect, short walk to the pier and amusements, Thursday fireworks and the pool was a big hit with the family for me, the beds were amazing !!!! I stay in a lot of places and I can tell you it was better than then most, including my own!! Near by, Jimmy the Greeks for family 60th birthday dinner was delicious and fun for the kids.

The main pool was super murky... I wouldn't step foot in it, looked so gross. Definitely not like pictured. I'm sure it's from the sand from the beach. The bed was too soft and also the pillows were not comfy. Really expensive. I spent less at the Cape last weekend per night.

The guy who checked us in was super friendly. The room was cute. The proximity to the beach and pier was great. There was a fridge, stove and all the fixings. The bathroom was absolutely stocked with everything. The porch was nice. The hot tub was nice.

Some of the rooms were very small and cost more or equal to the better rooms. The couches in the rooms need to be replaced they’re very old and dated
