The room that the staff put me in wasn't clean and smelled of mold so they put me into another which wasn't smoking,didn't have a phone, didn't have any of the iminities portrayed online

Room 204 was really quite disgusting… I went to local Walmart and bought cleaning supplies. Pretty bad when you leave a room cleaner than when you entered. Fire Your current cleaning staff. The ick in the room was from years of poor cleaning..

I asked for a room with 2 queen size beds but am not sure if I got queen size because they appeared to be regular size beds. I did not questioned it because This was the most reasonable price of Stay I could find in the area.

This is just an ok facility. It met my travel needs to stay. The visit was both pleasant. It was pleasure & work stay. I will stay here again. Tell them not to increase the rates.

the carpets in first room I rented look like someone had been murdered on it I'm sorry just saying it kinda freaked me out but the room on opposite side was beautiful so kinda confusing as to why one room was so clean I'm talking carpets yet the other was absolutely dreadful

Room was disgusting, smelled terrible!!! Found a wet washcloth in the room by the bed and small crawling insects in the bed as well..Do you wash the bedding? The carpet needs to be pulled and thrown away ASAP!! The bathroom toilet doesn’t have a back on it and the bathtub is nasty nasty!! Mold on the curtains!! Change that thing out!! It’s like they didn’t even take the time to clean it and just threw me in it to get some type of business!! The place is only nice looking on the outside and the pictures advertised are very very very much so misleading!!!!💯 NEVER AGAIN!! The entire franchise will NEVER get my business again!! I will be filing for a full refund as my health was put in jeopardy when I realized the “black stuff” on the shower curtain when I discovered the shower didn’t work only the bath and WHO was taking a bath in that already put a towel down just to stand in that nasty thing!! The towels were so dirty looking I went and brought my own towel and washcloth as well as cleaning supplies just to try and get comfortable which NEVER happened!! I slept in my car(barely, due to the activity conducted outside at all hours of the night btw) to feel some type of comfort and not have to sleep in that God awful foul smelling room. Room 207 was disgusting..don’t know how the other rooms are, but this is unacceptable.. wouldn’t even tell a homeless individual to spend their last on a room here!!

Front desk clerk was nice, but when told about the condition of the too she seemed to not understand me all of a sudden and just smiled
