The shower was tricky to get hot water the bed was made i guess but didn't look as if it was ... and check in was a pain didn't know you HAVE TO GO INSIDE THE BAR TO SEE SOMEONE AND THEY CHECK YOU IN ...

Location is near Wawa McDonald's Taco Bell and supermarket ect and it's connected to a bar so pretty good location in all

The room was dirty. The sheets and blankets were dirty. I would not recommend staying the night.

The people were good. I hung out with them at the bar while I ate supper. The pub was a good experience.

We stayed for one night. When we got to the room and turned the air conditioner on the dirty filter light was on. It was filthy so l washed it. Coffee maker in the room with no supplies. Water pressure was very weak. Polyester towels and mattress has a plastic cover. When getting dressed to leave my brother said look at the bottom of your feet. They were as black as the black sock I was about to put on.

Property location was good. The bar was nice. Friendly bartenders.

The room was a little dingy looking. The sheets were stained and worn. The towels were stained. The bed was rather old and squeaky. The air conditioning unit wat dirty. The price of a one night stay was a lot more than expected for the accommodations

The hotel manager offered to move me to her credit, but the place needs a lot of work. Busted window, closet was kicked in, and the dresser had a broken handle. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. I only stayed one night, but definitely not what I remembered from YEARS ago. If they renovated the rooms, it would make a world of difference.

Rooms and property in general could be cleaner, there wasn't a trash can in the room, limited towels. No wifi. Parking was really tight. No coffee in the room.

Good location, especially Dunkin, Price Choppers nearby as well as some restaurants. Room was just about adequate. Beds were comfortable.

I didn’t like the room itself when we got there it was dirty no one cleaned it beds are hard back hurts because of it their were dead bugs everywhere on the walls in the bathroom on the ceiling, the table fridge microwave dresser and in the drawers and night stand were all dirty.. we asked for it to be cleaned but they never cleaned it.. I asked for new sheets and blankets never got those either bed was dirty and had dirt all over it I was itchy and uncomfortable all nights I’ve been there we cleaned it up ourselves I asked a house keeper the next morning if she can clean the room she said that she couldn’t go in the rooms while occupied at all that she was gonna give us the things to do it ourselves which made me mad.. cause what’s housekeeping for? Or room service? It’s should have been cleaned before we came.. They were rude at times.. neighbors next to us had kids everyone was loud they woke us up every morning we asked them to quiet down not one time did they quiet down we were on vacation never seemed like it.. she was yelling by our door kids yelling crying the lady cussing and yelling at her kids they were knocking at our door messing with the door handle and everything..

I liked how they had a bar and a pool that was probably the most fun we enjoyed while being at the hotel itself we enjoyed karaoke night there one of my family members sang a song with other people from the bar it’s was amazing we enjoyed the pool table in the bar as well other residents joined us we also played in the huge pool they.. some bar tenders were so there..

I arrived after a 3 hour drive to be told that they were overbooked and there was no room for me even after being confirmed the day before. I was stuck finding last minute accommodations with no regard for my time. Although the staff member that attempted to check me in was very apologetic there were no options offered to me. My son and I were just stuck and out of luck with nowhere to stay.

Absolutely appalled. Booked a 1 night stay at this "lovely" facility. Arrived for noon check-in, they gave us our key but were unable to allow us into the room yet because the housekeeper hadn't made it to that room yet. Understandably, we went about our day to the wedding we were in the area for. We made it back to our motel room at 10 pm just to open the door to used, unmade beds... room clearly hadn't been cleaned. 3 teenagers staying beside that room were outside and told us that's a repetitive issue with that room! (Room 7 is what we were given) Wonderful, right?! So I went back into the bar, told them my issue, and stated that I wanted a refund because they were unable to put us in another room. The lady told us we'd have to go through booking.com to get our refund... turns out the motel already took the money and told booking.com they wouldn't do a refund! Grimy ass shit! BBB will be contacted! Pretty much theft.

This place was absolutely disgusting! Blood stains on the bedspreads. Bugs glued to the walls. Infestation of ants and ants with wings. Feces on the bathroom wall. Cobwebs in every corner. The floor was rotting. The water pouring out of the faucet and shower was rusty, the toilet would randomly bubble up brown. The air conditioner had rotted out the vents and dryer sheets were put to conceal this and were covered in black mold. The smell of weed is overwhelming from other guest that it seeped into our room constantly! The staff are judgmental and rude not to mention drunk all of the time. Definitely not a place to stay with your family. There is a climbing dome out side for children to play that isn’t held down by anything so as they climb it skips across the pavement. The pool is open to the public not just guest. For a backyard sized pool it should be secluded to just guest not anyone willing to pay a fee. After seeing the conditions I refused to order from the restaurant. The daily to weekly price fluctuates depending who’s working. This place should seriously not be in business! all that’s missing is cockroaches and prostitution.

It’s conveniently located by a gas station, a grocery store and a few places to eat.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Loud, dirty, riff-raff allowed to hang out. Toilet did not flush. Sheets didn't look washed. We did Not stay. Owners gave us a refund.
