I did not see any ramp, which made it difficult to get my suit cases up the steps. There were helpful staff members and other guests that helped me carry my luggage up the stairs.

This is a GREAT location in the city with public transportation. I love the size of the room, bed was super comfy, there was a desk and a table to eat. There is also a microwave and mini fridge. The. bathroom has a shower and full bath tub. Staff was very friendly. I didn't stay long enough to get breakfast.

Bar was the Castas mexican on the lower ground floor and full of kids. Pretty poor.

Room was clean and well appointed. No glassware which was odd. Felt a little tired but had clearly been updated recently.

Electricity went out for 3 days and 3 nights and we had to continually ask staff for updates. We should have been kept updated without having to ask.

Great staff, clean rooms(there is noise on the weekends but I was here for a convention in the city so I didn’t care) my trip got extended due to a storm and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Definitely recommend booking for a single room for leisure. I will definitely come back for my next trip to dc! I would say weekdays are the best if you want a quiet night but, if you sleep heavy it won’t really matter. Absolutely great service the staff is fantastic!

The hotel advertised a $15 breakfast buffet, but that was false advertisement. There was no buffet! The breakfast food was packaged like cafeteria food. Also, there is no business center or walk-up computer to print your boarding pass.

We liked the convenience of the kitchenette and the entire hotel was clean. Excellent location to access the bus and train. We were in walking distance, approximately 10 minutes, to CVS, Walgreens, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods.

We were very happy with the hotel with one exception, the location. We had a room on the street side and the traffic, both foot and street were extremely loud. On our next trip we will ask for a room towards the back of the building otherwise everything was wonderful.

Room descriptions on both the Hilton website AND Booking.com website didn't match actual room. Many missing amenities such as dining table and speaker phones. Also Booking.com said there was free gym pass but this was false. Staff was rude about this and made it out to be my fault for not calling to check if it was true.

staff were not as friendly as I would have liked , had to pick up our own toilet roll and cups , no room service available one day . also did not like the Cuba bar next to hotel , people outside till 2 am , couldn’t sleep , happened most nights , no double glazing on windows to keep noise out
