Absolutely nothing. I think if the price was a bit more affordable, this would be a no brainier stay for me when in LA/Hollywood area

This place is amazing, really well located in a very calm neighborhood that is still a short walk from all the shops and buzz. This is a Villa with several, rooms and houses named after famous people that Charlie Chaplin knew and it had a very special feel to stay there. The entire place was very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities you can think of. We LOVED the bathroom, it's funny that our favorite feature was the bathroom but it's really cute, comfy, the shower is amazing and for the bathroom singers out there, best acoustic ever!

Everything is wonderful. Maybe some hair conditioner. Other than that, more than perfect

We were upgraded to a lovely suite with two bathrooms and to outdoor decks. It was beautifully decorated, good beds, great towel. Really top notch, charming and large. A little kitchen to make breakfast. The area is quite nice, although I’m not a fan of LA and Hollywood is full of homeless people and full of empty expensive stores. Drab is the word that comes to mind.

Charlie is unique in the world! Charlie Chaplin build a little English in LA and it is the most precious gem in the whole city. Amazing!!!!

Its location was perfect, quiet but near enough to walk to the sights of Hollywood Boulevard. The bungalow was quirky, comfortable and clean. The staff were delightful.

There were a lot of mosquitos but that probably can't be helped since it was a hot and humid summer. Otherwise, no complaints.

Spacious accommodations. The area was quite nice and it was a short walk to dining and shopping. The AC worked beautifully during the heatwave. The staff were nice and responsive.

We absolutely love everything about this place.

We read all the great reviews before coming and still, this place managed to exceed all our expectations. It truly is West Hollywood's hidden gem, in a great location, with a lot of lovely character. The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The studio is squeaky clean and we loved that the communication about housekeeping was seamless and always convenient. The kitchenette is superbly well-equipped which made us very happy and we enjoyed home-cooked breakfasts every morning. The bathroom was spacious and the shower very modern. The parking is also very convenient. While we felt like it's a little bit on the pricier side, you really are getting an amazing experience and comfort for your money and we'd take The Charlie over any traditional LA hotel any time. We hope to come back one day.

Rooms could be renovated, windows and doors don’t perfectly isolate from outside noise, however the street is very quiet and our sleeping was overall good. Hairdryer to be replaced

Perfect position in west hollywood, private parking (but expensive 42$ per day), wide room with kitchen and daily housekeeping. Nice and elegant room Bed was comfortable albeit not very wide

This is a great property! Our bungalow was perfect for a family of three with a kitchen and washer and dryer. There are nice areas to sit outside and the gardens are well maintained. We will definitely return.

I couldn't figure out how to raise the temperature. I could push the button on the thermostat to a higher number, but it was always cold in the room... so I used the giant spare blanket when I sat on the couch.

I liked that it was the whole floor of a bungalow with a terrace. I liked that the interior was old school classic with built-in cabinets and plaster walls. I liked that every morning I got a text checking in to see if I needed housekeeping, and I could respond with a specific request. I liked the washer/dryer. I liked the many windows and sunlight.

It would be amazing to have a bar or restaurant but there is no space here for that! There are many places in very close proximity.

What a beautiful place to stay! So quiet and charming in the middle of West Hollywood! Feels like a snap shot in time but with a modern touch! Very clean and the plants are beautiful! We wish we had more time!
