When I first arrived at the property, it was at guy inside of the kitchen area looking to be cleaning. When I asked if he was the host he said no so when I preceded to locate the key to my room he told me he has key and to wait by the room door while he get the key for me. So I asked if he was the owner of the property again because I was confused and he stated that he was a helper to the property owner. So me still being confused walked by my door and waited for the key .. long story me and my partner felt uncomfortable our whole stay there. He went in and out the room all night long. I ordered door dash so I went downstairs to get my order and when I came back upstairs he was in living room looking out the window which scared me. Me and my partner ended up leaving way early. I’m so mad because it was a waste of money

The area and the building are maybe not ideal for families, felt a bit dodgy.

The accommodation was quite basic, but basically clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was private with private bathroom, but there were other lodgers who were sometimes a little noisy. In the neighborhood there is a lot of garbage in the street and that was a shame.

The area Irvington was in a predominant black people area. Not a problem for us and the people were nice and helpful. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Irvington bus station. With bus line 107 there is a direct express connection to Manhattan port authority. We paid 7 dollars per person.

They need to change the bed in room 1X and also the pillows, they are too flat. I feel like there is no support at the head of the mattress by the headboard. When I put my head there feel like I was falling in. I slept upside down that night, but it was ok .

Everything could have been better. The noise from the above apartments was deafening. Obviously there was no sound proofing between the upper and lower apartments.

When we arrived at 4pm on the first of September there was a couple in our apartment and the place wasn’t cleaned until 10pm.

The front door was locked and there is no bell. There is no tel I could call. I left at about 12:15am and found alternative accommodation at a 6 Motel. I would like my cc refunded for the full amount charged. Patrick

At first I was upset there was music playing in another apartment, but she came to check and didn't hear It coming from her building. I think it was a neighbor very close by.

Everything was clean! She came to my room when I explained that the TV was broke. She brought me a different TV. Very close to the airport!

The other guests were noisy most nights. The rooms weren't sound proof so all noises and footsteps all pots and utensils in the kitchen, footsteps and moving objects from upstairs were disturbing during sleep time. Maybe make the room walls sound proof and make sure the door doesn't have a gap from the flooring. Also have a window type aircon for that particular room to at least minimize noise.

Location is good and very accessible to uber and not far from the center and airport.

The rudeness of other tenants a lot of fighting and drama where the cops were even called and doors were being bang loud noise and yelling and domestic violence was going on while staying there wish I could’ve cancel and get a refund on my stay

Place is very clean brand new toilets. There was very much easy to check in. The host has someone come clean if you need anything they will get it. I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to going back again.

The leaky faucet, no soap or anything, almost no kitchen utensils, the entire area is a bit sketchy.

The room itself was great; spacious, clean, comfortable, and it even has a walk in closet and a huge tv. The kitchen is also quite big and clean and the check in/check out process is super easy and flexible
