Although the owner seems to be working on upgrades, the place is very run down. The room was dirty, hair from previous guests was all over, I only used one towel due this , hairs on the towels, on the floor, tub was dirty, bed sheets and pillows had a weird smell, one of the pillows smelled like must, I threw that one on the counter out of my use completely,,also had some type of bugs crawling on the desk table. The person working seemed to be the owner and was there at check in at 8 pm when I got there( had to call him and wait almost 10 minutes for him to come to the check in office)and was there when I left in the morning the next day at 7 pm, seems to be short hanged and doing everything himself. No breakfast or coffee as I think was advertised to be available on Booking.com . The ice machine did not work , the bending machine did not work, but like I said earlier, shopping was walking distance.

The construction going on at 7 AM in the morning and the other residents in the facility letting dogs out at 3 AM and barking they were in the middle of remodeling and I understand that but I don’t think they should be waking people up at 7 AM and something about some of the residents they are Renting to the week

There are dope people hanging all outside the buildings when I went to go to my room the key did not work, and I had a people going around my car when I went back out to my car to go fix the key when I got to speak to the employee I told him I just wanted my money back would not stay at this facility because of the area and the people hanging out and they just try to give me another room right by where the crackheads were and I just left did not even stay very very bad area And horrible customer service never received my refund and they would not allow me to get a room up by the front office.. it was just myself and my young son and I was not about to put my child in that kind of atmosphere or situation

Where to begin?? The room was absolutely disgusting, melted skittles in the drawer of the desk, a gap in the door so big that bugs kept getting in, no towels to take a shower but there wasn't any hot water anyway. The door to the bathroom was coming off its hinges & split in two.(see picture) There was no breakfast. It was juice or coffee. And the people sitting in their cars & trucks all night was really sketchy

Pool was out of service. Ice machine out of order. Grounds were unkept and there was a huge ant pile in front of the room. A/C could not keep up during the heat of the day. 30$/night room at best but charging twice that.

I know it’s under construction. But on website the photos look well up kept. Anyways door are not close right from room. Bed sheets had a lot of stains. Floor was not swept or mop. Sink n shower had hairs. No hygiene available. It was crazy .

Save yourself the bad experience. The ceiling in the restroom had holes, the bed had 1 thin sheet, the front door didn't lock, there were building materials scattered in the hallways, the pool was empty and had trash in it. This place is obviously being remodeled, hence, the "nice" pictures of the room but don't be fooled.
