The only thing that was disappointing was that the tv in the room was not a smart tv to watch Netflix, Prime, etc.

There was dogs whining all night a few doors down and someone burnt popcorn one night that made it smell like the hotel was on fire. The hall smelled like someone was smoking weed in one of the rooms.

The rugs and furniture are well used and can use an industrial strength stream cleaning job. I did not feel comfortable sitting on the couch, so, I sat on the business chair and almost fell back off the chair. Some of the screws on fixtures are loose as the panel on the wall and door lock plate.

The location was close to our destination. It was approximately 9 minutes away. The bed sheets and cover were very clean. The bathroom was clean. The space suited us with 2 televisions, a fridge and microwave. There was a coffee machine but we didn’t use it. Coffee and tea was complimentary but cost of breakfast was high. Staff and guest were nice.

I didn’t book one but had an interconnecting room, but even with door locked and shut I could still here next doors tv and talking. They went to bed early so wasn’t that bad for me. The lifts are really slow and old - still gets you up and down, more annoying than a problem! Bits of it look very dated, but it’s not particularly run down and I did get exactly what I was expecting - basic, with all the hotel essentials, just a little tatty round the edges.

Nice big room, the bed was really comfy and although a mix of old and new, some of the furniture and fixtures had been updated, (but still in that old 90’s retro style American hotels love!) - tons and tons of places to eat and shop at near by - also that little snack shop on site proved to be very handy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit dated . Carpeting was Buckling. The jacuzzi wasn’t working . There was a problem with the breakfast included in my roommate but they fixed it. The Plainview Hilton garden is nicer With more to offer in the market place snacks etc. larger selection of food options for breakfast at Plainview.

We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inns. We like it for the on site breakfast restaurant. Dog friendly and has a pool and jacuzzi.

The power went out one morning because of a an accident nearby, someone hit a telephone pole, but I thought the generators my click in. it took over an hour. so I had to shower in the dark with no power😬. also, the noise of the fan was really hard to sleep with and you couldn’t turn it off.

AC was not working when I got into the room. Felt ill for 2 hours due to the heat in the room, until maint. was able to fix it but was not corrected until 1130pm. very tired at the time and dissatisfied that no one checked these things before I checked in.

It appeared the hallway and elevator rugs hadn't been vacuumed in a while. A lot of dirt and dust were noticeable.

-elevator is run-down and a bit dirty....doesn't match the cleanliness of this hotel.

-thoughtful front desk -room was big and bright - enough desk space to spread out and a nice big comfy chair that could have become a pull-out bed, quiet HVAC -clean carpet -clean beds with clean smelling sheets and new-ish pillows -bathroom was clean and smelled clean -big fridge for putting in water, fruit, etc. -good coffee and tea selection at reception
