Would be nice if Wifi login was posted. Room was a little cramped not much room for luggage.

Breakfast was at the Days Inn and was ok. Would have been nice to have some protein. Location was good. Room was clean but small. Meets basic needs. Good value for the cost.

There was no breakfast. We rented a room with a kitchen but there was no kitchen. We had to change rooms. Bed was good. Water press was good. When we got room with the kitchen, there was no oven pan to make french fries or steaks on, but they did bring them over

The bed was not very comfortable. The shower control was hard to use and difficult to get the hot water on and then difficult to turn it off.

The couch and main room were comfortable and the TV and wifi worked well.

I purchased a Deluxe Queen from you and got a Sleeper King, with a bed, tv, mini fridge, microwave, small table and a chair. No kitchenette and no couch as what was advertised and what I purchased. And the staff couldn’t care less, all they said was “I’ve heard this before”! REALLY! Then Fix it!!!!!!!!

The fact that I was away with my husband. I enjoy last minute getaways, but want what I pay for!

I needed an ADA room for a walker and wheelchair. They never said yes or no. Also the rooms were so small I could not use a walker nor wheelchair. The steps were too high to get in and out of.

By the beach. The bed was amazing. It was quiet.

I miss Jeannie! Days Inn now manages the prop and unfortunately it has gone down hill. Needs a renovation badly, but the reservation desk staff at Days Inn made this experience the best possible by fitting me in a room at their location. Btw when staying at the Westerly you are invited to enjoy the amenities (pool, hot tub; and free breakfast) onsite at Days Inn!

Being on a corner. Bathroom a bit small, fan constantly on making it a bit cool. At the time, the hotel just sold so no access to ice or vending machines. Sent a message about late arrival, never received a response.

Grassy area for the animals. Location was ok for being on a corner. Clean parking lot. Small area for those that smoke or have a coffee with a bench.

Room smaller than depicted in pictures. Desk chair had no support in base, almost fell through. The floor, concrete, was uneven and "rolled" The floor was so uneven that the mini fridge rocked every time you touched it.

The bed was actually firm and clean.

day 1) We arrived late 4:30pm due to car problems and our room was not made up. Bed unmade, garbage, dirty towels, toilet, etc. Told them we were going to dinner and expected it ready when we got back. Which it was, but really 4:30 check-in and the rooms not ready? Day 2: After a long day at the beach returned to the room, again not made up. I understand that it was Christmas Eve and I didn't expect much, but come on....we were out of the room all day! They had one person on staff due to it being Christmas Eve so I had to go pick up my own towels, etc. They called and said the manager was coming by to talk to us. She never showed. So we were there for 3 nights and never got our room cleaned. They did waive the pet deposit, but after the 2nd screw-up maybe should have done something more.

Good value and they allowed my large breed dog. Basic hotel breakfast; waffles, juice, coffee, oranges, bagels and other breads, pre-made cheese omelets.

There were oder bags that left sort of odd smell. It got into my clothes and even my CPAP machine equipment. It would be better to use one of those plug in freshners. I was also a bit surprised at the lack of space between the bed and the walls. The couch was way too soft / broken in. It was difficult getting up from it.

I was not expecting to check in and out with the Days Inn. But it was ok. The breakfast offered was ok but I didn't take advantage of it. I liked the fact that my room was on a ground floor plan for walking my dig.

We showed up at three o clock. The sign at the Westerly said vacancy. We knocked on the door, no one answered. We called the Westerly, no answer. There was a sign on the window that said if you wanted to rent a room to go to Days inn and there was a phone number for Days inn. We called Day's inn, no answer. So we started driving down the street looking for Days inn. We finally found it, it was just up the street, in the opposite direction we drove.. We went in to try and check in. The man at the desk was very nice and helpful. We were able to check in. When we got to our room it's pretty small but pretty clean and comfy. It had a full size fridge, stove and microwave. We tried to watch TV and couldn't figure it out. We called Day's inn and talked to the man at the counter. He said he would be over as soon as he could. He came and showed us how to use the TV. It was ok after that.

The price, the location, the option to use the pool at Days inn, which is just up the street. We were also allowed to get a cheap Continental breakfast at Days inn.

There was no one on the premises to check in with. You had to call the Days Inn to check in. Also, I was supposed to have a full kitchen, but did not, so moved to another hotel.

We actually did not end up staying at the Westerly. The room was small and clean and fine for the price. Only I had asked for, and reserved, a room with a kitchen, but our room only had a micro and refrigerator. They were very good at letting us transfer to the other hotel they were connected with - the Day's Inn.,

Didn't know the pool and breakfast were at the Days Inn and you actually have to check in there to. Tv volume was set on low, couldn't get anyone to fix it. Heater didn't work and very damp inside every morning. Need fans for ventilation.
