We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bed was not the most comfortable. The A/C unit in our room was unusually noisy. The TV situation... I love football but I had no intentions of watching preseason NFL games my entire stay. I think you should upgrade and put streaming platforms on the tvs. Allow your guests to sign in and sign out during their stay. I think you should let your guests know that you offer late night vending with drinks & snacks in the lobby. I noticed advertisements for The Draft Bar & Grill and a pizza restaurant in my room, on the fridge. I am a night person so I would not have minded coming downstairs to spend some money on late night snacks. We also ate at the Draft Bar & Grill because of it's proximity and strong ratings.
It was a clean facility and room. I like the location & the overall layout of the resort. I think it was a good value for what I paid. The staff & concierge were very helpful.

United StatesThe area seemed a little sketchy. The lazy river, and splash pad could be cleaned better. The beds were smaller than Queens. There is no daily room cleaning, no fan in the bathroom. Parking in the garage is a bit of a walk. No breakfast included.
I loved that we were beachfront. The lazy river and splash pad for kids were enjoyable as well. Plenty of parking. Easy check in/check out.
