Internet wasn't free :( but we weren't really in the room to use it anyway. A few times, we sent a text to the vallet like they requested to have our car ready for us but we came down to vallet and had to wait, twice. Otherwise, vallet was definitely worth the $50usd per day.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to Disneyland and we could see the fireworks from the hotel. Vallet parking was an added bonus, they even charged our electric car for us! Room was absolutely beautiful, very clean, great views and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom was big, clean and the shower was great! We would stay here again and again!

I left behind a kid’s toy (my fault) but realized right away and housekeeping located it and I was told it was at the front desk. We went back to get it and it wasn’t there, then they charged me for shipping.

The breakfast buffet was not the best and quite pricey without any bread or cereals (separate order) and dry croissants.

I loved the large lobby, the pool area with the hot tub. As there was a mix up in our booking we were upgraded to a larger room with a terrace and a large bathroom. That was very spacious for our family of 4. The easy walking access to Disney is also very convenient. Amazing Mexican food in the restaurant just outside.

The location, the pool and hot tub with the nice fire rocks. The roof top tapas restaurant. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. It was very quiet. Everything super clean and modern.

Grumpy staff member at bar who didn’t want to serve coffee or hot tea. Was not welcoming at all and our travel,ing buddy choose not to complete the order due to her attitude.

we needed to adjust the reservation onsite and it was not possible to get hold of the right person / office / plattform. everyone told us that we have to contact "the other one", it was a circle without end. we still have a request and no one could help us.

EVERYTHING!!! This might be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. We stay in 4-5 star hotels around the world and this is right up there with quality in all categories Clean, luxury, friendly, amenities and food all 10 out of 10!!

Four of us staying in a queen size room, a little smaller than we expected from an American Hotel. The same room in New York is much bigger, although Bathroom was smaller, so you can't have it all ways.

Excellent accommodation, Clean and bright. Bathroom was huge.

Nothing - everything exceeded expectations.

So many positives - the hotel itself is so well located for visiting Disneyland, the facilities were exceptional, as was the food and room service. The kids loved the pool and spa and the gym was fantastic.

The food within the hotel

Hotel is beautiful, beds and pillows are comfy, bedrooms are clean. If you are from Australia, 99% chances are you will not like the food. Breakfast and dinner inside the Westin is just gross, it’s like everything is stale? Over cooked, plastered in sugar, oil.. maybe we are just not a fan of American cooking lol. We stayed for 11 nights. Great location, nice and close to Disneyland and other restaurants. I would stay again, just go elsewhere to eat 🙂

Rooms are small and there was no door on the toilet - annoying when 4 people are sharing a room. Hotel breakfast was OK - no toast or options I could see for eggs to be cooked how you like them and was not cheap (plus only include american coffee not a latte). Very annoyed to have small clothing parcel redirected to UPS store on site for additional $10 charge - never had this happen before (and bonus points to lacoste who refunded me this charge).

This hotel is very new and very luxe - the best of our USA stay. Short walk to Disneyland and amazing beds. Quiet. Roof top bar amazing and reasonable prices. Pool was great for teenagers (even in winter).
