Pool events insert at check in said non alcoholic beverage samples, never served. Popsicles, only on one of the days. Frozen towel, never got one. Never saw frozen grapes served either. We were poolside most days from 12-1 PM till 2-4 PM. . Two bad meals, one very chewy, inedible steak dinner. (Was not charged for it) and one breakfast pancake meal that was only cooked on one side, uncooked batter on the other side.

Location, friendly and helpful staff. Room amenities a plus. Very comfortable pool atmosphere. Availability of hydration at various locations on the premises was super helpful at staying hydrated.

One of the 2 ocean “front” rooms paid for was a side facing marina view room … it was not at all oceanfront so we were quite disappointed. The other room faced Sunset Key so it was fine.

The restaurant is excellent and the rooms are comfortable.

I noticed back in October when I stayed here that the pool surface was in need of resurfacing and has not yet been done. Maybe during this summer they will tackle this. The finish is off in multiple areas and gives the pool a 'dirty' look.

Traveled with friends. 2 King size pool view rooms. Had stayed here back in October with some other friends and really liked the location, cleanliness, and staff. The pool attendant, Brian, does a wonderful job always attending to something to keep things clean, neat, and tidy around the entire pool area. He is a gem!

One of the bathrooms in the room was a little rundown and could use a refresh.

The room was very comfortable for five people, the pool area is nice and there are always plenty of towels, sunscreen etc. They also provide free bottled water which is amazing.

Housekeeping and Front desk and pool attendant service was great and positive experience but were some of Pool Bartenders were not that pleasant to deal with.

Location and views were great. Though the cruise lines docking there would be a downside but actually was kind of neat seeing them come in and go and were always gone by sunset.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Situated next to the cruise terminal, we had 3 different giant cruise ships unload all their passengers on our 2 night stay. Very crowded. Parking a car was expensive.

The only thing we had trouble with was the bathroom door - since it was a sliding door - it would slide past the bottom door holder to keep it in place.

We were back towards the water/pool area. Beds were great. It was great to be so close to the sunset viewing area. The upper bar was an excellent place to sit. And we rented jet skis that were just a short walk from the hotel. Also, the resort was surrounded by shopping, museums, and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Both restaurants did not offer a good choice of entrees. Salads are not the only thing vegetarians do. Parking per day is pretty high. if we are staying at the resort, parking should be included.

The location is exceptional, perfectly situated for exploring all the nearby attractions in Key West! Everything is conveniently within walking distance, and the service provided by everyone is outstanding. The only aspect I wish could be improved is the guidance on restaurants – unfortunately, two of the resort's restaurants do not offer vegetarian options. It would be wonderful if they could assist in accommodating vegetarians. Nevertheless, the resort offers breathtaking sunset views, making it an ideal destination.
