No breakfast. Also, I arrived hours before the posted "door will be locked between the hours of" sign. Obviously I cannot use my room key to access the building PRIOR to checking in. I literally stood outside the entrance waving at the clerk for almost 10 minutes before another guest exited and I could enter. I mentioned it to the clerk when checking in and she was RUDE, stating yes she locks the doors and she just didn't see me. No apology, no comprehension that the sign was moronic in its impossible method of accessing the property. I would consider staying elsewhere in the future because if the entrance needs to be locked before 8pm, maybe the neighborhood isn't safe.

My only issue was the shower head did not spray any water you could not make the diverter from the tub to the shower work properly. I was able to at least get a little bit under the shower with a little water sprinkling out not a big deal I did not tell the front desk I forgot but that was really the only issue

I didn't mention it because it wasn't a big thing, but I came in with a cane and was put in the very farthest room from the front entrance

It was an uneventful stay. I did use the wake-up call. Their system wasn't working as well as it should have been working, so the gal at the desk called me herself, to make sure I got up on time

Needed more carts available to guests. The front desk loaned me a small cart for my things. That really saved me. I wish there was a way to monitor the carts so people cannot hide them in their rooms overnight.

Clean facility and kind employees. Comfortable bed and great soap/shampoo. Quiet and peaceful. Loved having a kitchen to keep my things cold.

The location is close to everything that I need as well as my work. The thing I love about this hotel is the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Also very close to all the shopping that I could want.

There was no full length mirror in the whole 2 bedroom apartment. Certain areas of the room needed a little maintenance like touch up of paint, few bashes on the walls. The pool area could have done with a few more sun loungers.

Loved that there was free coffee for all residents staying. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Prices were reasonable in the shop. Great laundry facilities. Everything was very safe with room card entry to get into the hotel, pool area, laundry room, gym etc. The gym was small but had a good variety of dumbbells so could easily make up a good workouts, good quality equipment. Beds were super comfy, and the room was super spacious and clean.

Pool area had limited seating and no shade. The lock from the pool back into the building did not work. The tree by the patio and grilling area could be trimmed to allow some air movement. Employees should avoid parking in front of that area as well to avoid crowding.

Everything inside was great. It was clean and the staff was excellent.
