This place was a perfect retreat! It was pristine clean and offered every convenience you could imagine. The apartment's modern design included a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. We loved the detailed instructions provided for everything, as well as the helpful guide with recommendations for local activities and attractions. Jake was very kind, letting us do an early check-in. Very respectful and quick to answer our questions. The highlight for us was the cozy chimney and the stunning view of the mountains from the balcony truly a sight to wake up to! The on-site club added so much fun with its pool table, ping pong table, and soccer table. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were a luxurious treat, especially in the winter, and having a heated indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna available was an added bonus. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, which caused me neck and back pain through the day.

I can’t think of anything that would be better

Location was absolutely fantastic! You are close enough to North Conway. You can easily get back-and-forth but out of any busy tourist area. We were so close to Mount Washington and other hiking areas. It was perfect location. The kitchen was fully stocked, which is important, because I always have to cook with food allergies. It felt so comfortable so homey until Friday. And the view was awesome!!! The host for the property to get a hold of, and very helpful as well!!!

LOVED Everything!!!!!!!The view from our balcony is 2nd to none in the area…. Gorgeous sunset! We will be returning for sure and the host is FANTASTIC!!!! They recommended a wonderful place for supper, too! You will NOT be disappointed with this property. We could not have asked for anything to have been any better and this is a WONDERFUL place for you to bring your dog with you, too!! Lots of room to roam and enjoy the great outdoors. The development is very well laid out and well maintained. We like the privacy and the gated community concept! Easy to get in and start our escape! I give everything a 10+ on this booking!!!!

The cleanliness could have been improved. There were hairs in the shower. We found a couple of random pieces of food on the floor that we presumed were snacked from prior guests. There was a random wash cloth under the fitted sheet on the king bed. The utensil drawer that the forks, etc. were in was kind of dirty. The room is advertised as one bedroom, but what we did not realize is that it was a continuance of the living room/kitchen area, which was a bit challenging with two little kids at bedtime. The first night, it was quiet. The second and third night, the people above us were up later than us so sleep was a bit disrupted. At 11:45PM people were still up pacing the first night they were there.

It was cozy. There were plenty of towels and blankets available. The view was as advertised. It was well kept the fridge was nice and clean.
