Decent option if you are looking for a place in downtown Reno near the casinos.

Furnishings seemed dated, and our room felt a big dark. The A/C was quite loud. The parking garage is located away from the hotel.

Gigantic room, very friendly and helpful staff, location is convenient to downtown Reno and the park along the Truckee River. We opted for the breakfast plan, which turned out to be quite nice.

I wanted to self park my car, but the streets were blocked off for an event, so I had to valet my car. The valet guys were all really great and helpful, but I didn’t expect to spend more money just to park my car. The AC was difficult and never seemed to cool down the room enough. It was stuck on 75-79, which was too warm for a 96 degree day.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful

The walk around the outside of the building has quite a few homeless people that are begging and can make a single female feel unsafe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostess, Chloe, in the restaurant was awesome. The beds are so comfortable and the room was cleaned and supplied every day.

N Virginia street can get really noisy with revving motorcycles and loud music from vehicles. We were on the 11th floor and could hear it. Not enough night time snack for a late night sweet tooth. The mattresses need to be updated. They were very noisy and seemed worn.

Clean, up to date decor, beautiful restaurant, good food and priced right.

Bedding/comforter was very thin and needed to be plusher especially because it was cold out. Pillows need to be replaced - they had no structure left. Water glasses in the bathroom and some toiletries like QTips should be provided. The main thing is that all of the light bulbs in the room were a blaring white ( think hospital lights) and need to be switched out for warmer bulbs. Coffee maker was ok, but the coffee was AWFUL - cheap and stale. How about Nespresso machines??? We got dinner at the restaurant which was ok -not great, but we didn't have the highest expectations. Caesar salad was terrible and extremely over priced - outer leaf romaine that had seen better days ( lots of brown spots) huge pieces of raw red onions, out of the box awful croutons, not good dressing and zero parmesan - for $14 very disappointing - not worth eating. Latte in the morning was also really subpar - and at almost $7 with tip really disappointing - I just don't get how nowadays how choosing to serve terrible coffee is acceptable at a business. It would be so easy to raise the bar a bit to offer guests a more of an elevated experience and distinguish this property from all the others in Reno - way nicer bedding, a couple of provided amenities, free, GOOD coffee. We travel a lot in Scandinavia and the most simple of hotels offer all of these things ( and more, like continental breakfast) - it's just a reality check that hotel chains in the US are just always chasing every last penny at the expense of their guests.

room size was big, bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Very dog friendly and staff is very welcoming.

We felt the non-refundable $75 dog fee was ridiculous. It should have been refundable upon inspection of the room. There was no evidence of the dog upon checking out.
