Location and pool.

Security light on the back gate shines in to our room window and bathroom window. The blind did not block the light.

On Duval street. Clean rooms. Almost gives the feel a being in an apartment inside of hotel style room.

Parking is a hassle but staff even takes care of that for you

Had to give up my car keys and was going to have my vehicle moved around by staff.

The property's location, Duval Street, is the only thing it has going for it. The staff was friendly until we decided not to stay the second night.

We were here for a two-night stay. Ended leaving the following morning due to the room conditions. We walked up to our room, the Coconut King, only to find the door itself did not latch completely. The weather strip had a big gap. You could literally see through to the outdoors. The room itself was cramped and beyond outdated. It smelt damp and closed up. No central air, window unit only that did not produce enough power to cool the room. The ceiling fan was disgusting, thick built-up layers of dust and dirt. The dresser had dirt/hair in it. The bathroom was disgusting. The vanity door was off its hinge, hanging. There was a sign next to the sink on how to use the shower. Hot water on demand. "Turn on the sink water 20 to 40 seconds, until it was warm, then turn on the shower water, while turning off sink water". We couldn't even get warm water out of the sink. For the shower/tub combo, you had to climb up a few tile steps that were slippery. The grout had mold and mildew throughout. The toilet was so close to the wall, even small people had difficulty sitting on it. The continental breakfast was a disappointment. Thawed out Kellogg Eggo's were offered amongst similar items like that. When we went to check out early, the staff, GiGi was polite at first, until we stated why we were leaving. We asked for a refund. Only to be told we would not receive money back, but we would receive a future credit for a night's stay. Why would we want to come back if we are NOT satisfied to begin with? We called, once our travels were over to speak to the GM Steve, who was not in at the time. Staff offered to take our name and number and have him return our call. We have NOT heard from Steve at all. I assume Steve has heard this all too many times and is a coward not to return costumers calls and concerns. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. We were able to find a new location, The Douglas House. Beautiful property! Staff was amazing there!

Check in staff were excellent, room was clean and pleasant. Pools were clean and maintained. Breakfast was nice and as expected and described.

Not the hotels fault, but the road was really noisy! just something to consider, our room was right on Duval so one further from the road would be better. Important to note this is nothing to do with the hotel, they were lovely.

This guesthouse is a perfect location , everything is very close! Nice and clean! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent! We will definitely come back 👌😁

i loved the pool location and how it was set up, the room was amazing, very clean and spacious, the shower/bathroom was amazing. the sink was a bowl sink and had a very cool spout, shower was huge and had a good head, little shelf built in the corner for soaps, plenty of towels for my one night stay. very clean, and the air conditioning was perfect.

it was so hard to find the location of my room 😭 i got confused after i left the registration area and like walked way too far, but i ended up finding it and after walking around the area a bit it was easily to get used to

We booked here last minute after another booking was cancelled on us, and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. We stayed in a beautiful guest cottage at the back of the property, perfectly equipped for a family. The welcome at the front desk was one of the warmest and kindest we have ever experienced — it instantly made us feel at home. The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of town, with everything on your doorstep. Breakfast was well appointed with plenty of choice. Overall, a wonderful venue in an amazing location — highly recommended.

The bedding was dirty.

Very good location and a nice pool.

Very small room with a door connecting to the next door room and you could hear everything the people next door did and said. The morning we checked out a piece of wood covering an electrical box fell off the wall onto my partner laying on the bed hurting her legs and back.

It's located just in the middle of the city centre. Moody rooms and environment.

Layout of the property to the inside around the pool. Very quaint. Breakfast around the pool is great, but when guests from other close by properties are coming to have breakfast it could feel overcrowded.

Beds, are comfortable but the noise of the running AC and the pillows hard or small (They didn't look like pillows) made it hard to have a good night.

The location was wonderful. The room was clean and ac worked great. Pools were nice but no bathroom close you had to go back to your room.

The shower didn’t drain. One day house keeping did not show up because they were short staffed but when we requested more towels they were very quick to deliver.
