Not the hotels fault, but the road was really noisy! just something to consider, our room was right on Duval so one further from the road would be better. Important to note this is nothing to do with the hotel, they were lovely.

Check in staff were excellent, room was clean and pleasant. Pools were clean and maintained. Breakfast was nice and as expected and described.

Gets noisy if your room is facing Duval Street

Beds, are comfortable but the noise of the running AC and the pillows hard or small (They didn't look like pillows) made it hard to have a good night.

Layout of the property to the inside around the pool. Very quaint. Breakfast around the pool is great, but when guests from other close by properties are coming to have breakfast it could feel overcrowded.

The shower didn’t drain. One day house keeping did not show up because they were short staffed but when we requested more towels they were very quick to deliver.

The location was wonderful. The room was clean and ac worked great. Pools were nice but no bathroom close you had to go back to your room.

The free parking next to the building was great. Centre street in St. Peter church car park. But that was where we stayed, not all are the same location. It seems they have lots of little buildings spilt in to 4or 5 rooms like a hotel ensuite shower room etc. But you are a walk away from the breakfast and the ice dispenser and the pool. I mean like you have to walk down the road which is a normal road on the island to get to these things. So that isn't the most convenient. And it wasn't clear which way we could walk to get to them. Through the other buildings and crossing streets or just up the road back to the reception. The AC was good, the windows were basic and anywhere else I'd be disappointed with how much I paid for it. But it seems the Keys are very expensive and a lot of places have bad reviews. We stayed 2 nights, it had a good sized fridge in it with a little freezer type section. The shower was good and beach towels were supplied which was great. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. But I'm not sure id stay again. I guess it depends on the price of other places. But it was great to walk along Duval street, as it was literally round the corner. It would have been nice if the rooms were a bit more spacious..

Our room was not ready at 4:00 as promised so we had to wait another 45 minutes which affected our plans. When we went back 45 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. The front desk lady was super nice and apologetic about it but when we finally got back to the room which was tiny they were still cleaning it and were not at all friendly when we got there.

The location was easy to get to everything by walking about 15-20 minutes which was nice. They did have a parking spot for us to use, just couldn’t move the car or we would risk losing it. We didn’t need or want to use the car so it wasn’t an inconvenience but could be. The two pools were nice and all the common areas were clean.

The shower was broken. Handle kept falling off. There was also an infestation of ants so had to a make sure all clothing was kept in suitcase for the duration of our stay.

Location was perfect for Duvall Street only a 2 minute walk. Breakfast was simple but good.

1. The hot tub was initially unusable due to stains inside the tub and on the surface just above the waterline. There were some unidentified sandy particles that should have been cleaned beforehand. Although the staff promptly addressed the issue once we told them, the cleaning was not completed during our available time, so we were unable to use the hot tub on the first day. 2. There was a swarm of ants inside the cottage. As they were crawling along the walls and floors in a manner that was beyond what we could reasonably accept, we ultimately had to address the issue ourselves by using insecticide. 3. The parking area can accommodate up to eight vehicles, but both the parking spaces and the exit are quite narrow. The four vehicles parked in the back of the space will be blocked by four cars in front of facing the road, guests who parked in the back need to ask staff every time to move a car in front. (Guests are required to leave their car keys with the accommodation staff)

Quaint property and the little kids liked the pool but only because it was very quiet.

Little bit dated could do with an update and the gate wouldn’t open at night without a bit of a fight but imagine that’s fixed now.

Parking was trouble constantly I wish they reserved in front of the place you rent. It seems totally possible. We have stayed nearby and they can do it

The room (house) was as stated , main pool area nearby and breakfast. Plenty of room in the house, space for breathing with 5 of us.

Parking is a limited commodity in Key West. I did not like leaving my car keys with the front desk, but since they did not move my vehicle, it was okay.

The Wicker Guesthouse is a series of adjacent buildings. We stayed next to the pool and the communal parking area. Excellent location on Duval Street, and parking is available. The pool was well maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was pleasant. It is located near the Hemingway House and Lighthouse.

our room 109 had a awnning above the door that was all torn up to shreds , it was pouring rain and it came right through. the room had a jet tub did not work very high to step into for a shower and no grab handles to hold on to, someone is gonna get hurt.
