We had a smoking room and not only did it smell horrible we also had blankets with multiple burn holes. Definitely need to be airing out those rooms more.

The facility itself was poor. The condition of our room was horribly lacking. The beds had no bedspread, there was one thin sheet and one thin blanket that barely covered the bed. No additional blankets were in the room. One drawer in dresser was nailed shut. Caulking in bathroom was missing in places. It was obviously old with no upkeep.

While the front desks clerk were nice the other staff on the property were rude. The breakfast room was open and when we went in at 9:25 to eat we were kicked out with them telling us they close at 9:30. The beds are hard and feels like boxsprings only. The tub/shower needs updated and the beds should not be on wheels since it’s wood floor. There was a huge cobweb in corners of room. The tv is small, like computer monitor small, the coffee pot did not reach the plug so had to move it to floor to reach plug. In the pool area the pool needs fixed as there is floor coming up, the stuff hanging from ceiling needs to be cleaned and painted. The pool and hot tub could use a good scrubbing as they have mold. Overall the place could use some sprucing up and deep cleaning. Hall needs to be fixed.

Love the pool area, the pool tables, and game room were an added bonus. It was easy to find and has a cute beachy feel. I like the wood floors in the room and the fridge. The front desk clerks we had on evening of 4/5 and morning of 4/6 were very nice and pleasant.

The pool needs to be fixed, my wife cut her foot on the bottom of the pool. The bottom of the pool has huge broken pieces and holes in it.

Place really needs an upgrade for how much they charge.. canopy bed was held together with rope and attached to the wall to keep it from falling.. was 2 sinks in the bathroom, I thought "oh cool, his and hers" nope, one was just broken...breakfast was a joke for what we paid to stay there..

The bed was very uncomfortable and the geese there was very unpleasant and noisy. We had a geese waking us up before anything. The bed was hard as a rock. The walls need repainted and some fixing too

The lady who checked us in and the other female employees were wonderful. The gentleman who was working the desk rbe morning we departed was OK as well, but due to some issue with the property we were asked to leave that morning when we wanted to stay and while I was trying to see if there were any rooms at all available other then the one we were in the manager got on the phone and began cussing me out and threatening to call the police. I contacted the desk prior to our checkout time that day and the day before to let them know we would be staying and this day for whatever reason due to what he said was maintenance issues he was not extending any guests stays and there were other guests who were put out. Yet instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he cussed me out, insulted, and threatened me. This was very poor behavior especially from the manager or owner of a property and if he isn't the owner and I was and I saw this revues I'd replace him with someone who could help my business grow instead of running customers off and giving them reason to never want to come back and never recommend it to friends.

We didn't like how outdated the rooms were, they were cleaned decently but very outdated. The beds were awful worst bed I have ever slept in, the springs were pretty much coming through and when you sat or layed on them you sunk in holes,we asked for a different room the second night and those beds were awful as well.

We liked the pool area, that was it.

Pool hours suck. Would have never booked this property but they don’t disclose hours until after you book. Our backs still hurt because of the bed. We didn’t even stay the second night due to not wanting to make my back worse than it already was.

The manager the air hockey table was broke the waterfall in the hot tub was broke there was garbage left down in-between the TV and desk there was a roach on the table when I woke up at 530am need I say more

Some kind of bug ran done the door when I closed it behind me as I walked into the room. Might have been a roach or a box elder bug. Not too sure as it moved quickly out the bottom of the door.

Rooms were very run down, non smoking but yet every piece of furniture had cigarette burns all over them including sink and fridge and the carpet. Carpet torn up and ceiling tiles damaged and prices hanging. Breakfast didn't offer any fruit or yogurt, just bread items and cereal. When asked about there tropical rooms (we were interested in seeing them), we were told there is a no show, just look at pictures online. Unfortunately we did that for our king rooms and it was a let down. Pictures are all from inside the room

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but that was most likely just my preference. Pool hours could have been extended during the week as the pool doesn't open until 4pm Sunday through Friday. Rooms needed a bit of a refresh, but not bad.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and pool area was great. Breakfast was nice. Very nostalgic. We had a poolside room in the dome area and it was very convenient

An air freshener would’ve been nice. It didn’t smell too good when entering, I had to buy a candle at the store to tolerate it. The blankets had cigarette burns all over when we’re in a non-smoking room. The quality of the hot tub did not match the quality of the interior of the room. The wall looks like it has been repaired, but not painted after patched. The quality of the bed made it hard to be romantic.

Room 120 beds too soft / mush. They have the modern "box" box springs; so, it's entirely the mattress. Mirror discoloration, silver flaking off back. Bath area needs a little TLC. Water problem from tub above -- ceiling been fixed but a bit sloppy. Not the work of a craftsman.

Former Holidome (Holidays Inn Dome) they made some a nice changes to simulate a tropical rainforest. Has fountain that rains down along with an arcade room just off pool main floor.
