It is right next door to a low income residence hotel so lots of people just hanging about. We didn't feel unsafe but were a little uncomfortable while walking to Friendly's, IHOP, and TGI Fridays to eat. Just be aware of your surroundings! The game room was nice but everything had a BROKEN sign so no billiards, ping pong or football to play.

Bed was horrible. Like sleeping in Jello.

I'm not sure how clean our room really was, the hot water in the shower didn't work and the fridge leaked, lol. There was a big tub that had a window looking out over the mountains! I cleaned it and it had hot water too. Oh boy, a small handful of issues but a but you get what you pay for :) Good price!

The clientele ,, since our last stay it seemed to go down hill, ppl living in the hotel through out.. had to put an additional $150 on my card when I checked in for hold until I checked out for “incidental liability”..

Cleanliness of the room. Someone should go by and check the stove, refrigerator and the walls at least once a month.

The rooms are huge which is a plus. Location and staff was wonderful. The Downside is housekeeping do not properly clean the rooms. The oven/stove was filthy. My husband had to buy oven cleaner and clean the oven before we could cook. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet with food on them. It looked as if no one had even attempted to wash the dishes. The walls were dirty..

A lot of rooms seem to be rented like apartments. A good amount of people live there. People would gather at the entrance of the hotel where kids were running around and people sat around smoking pot and cigarettes. Also had a couple vehicles in the parking lot they were all apart and people were working on them. The family that was living next to our room was very loud with a lot screaming and yelling of profanities and loud music being played. Our room was clean, but very dated. Wallpaper was peeling, stains in the carpet, handles falling off the dressers, and the furniture was really beat up.

There was no breakfast offered. The room had things that needed to be fixed - fan in bathroom didn't work, toilet roll dispenser was coming away from the wall, microwave quit, fridge freezer was covered in ice, no light bulb in one of the lamps, no silverware, very few pieces of dinnerware (3 cups, one glass, one small plate, one bowl) burner on stove didn't work. There was no provision or book of instruction on how to call down to the front desk. Every time you had a question, you had to go down to them.

There was no breakfast offered. The room was clean. The staff was great - always cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The location met my needs. Eventually all problems with my room were resolved by Michael from maintenance.
