Shower water wasn’t very hot. There was no need to complain.

I didn't like being next door to a crying baby all night and constant noises coming from that room. And also the constant slamming of doors early in the morning really disturb me and my wife, had a hard time sleeping.

Staff need more customers training on my personal opinion, poor housekeeping...I find use soap on the bathroom...ear cut on the bed

The best thing was the breakfasts, they were varied and good, my children loved the pancakes, the service and cleanliness were very good, we had a small situation of smell of tobacco and marijuana one day, we never knew which room it was, the staff was very friendly and willing to find solutions

The smell of hydraulic oil from the elevators. Overall we had a very good stay.

The initial room we received when we went to they had some people working on the unit inside. So we had to go all the way back downstairs to get another room key. Being on the road tired this was a bit much but overall good stay!!

We didn't get new sheets at all and we stayed there 5 nights. It states on your sign that after 3 nights, they will change them. Normally, it doesn't bother me, but our sheets got sandy. We had to sleep in sandy sheets the entire vacation! That was very unpleasant!

Breakfast was ok but stopped serving at 9:30, could go a little longer for those that sleep in. Ice machine on 2nd floor stopped working on day 2 and did not get fixed before we left on day 5.

Original booked room was not available but the one we stayed in the first night was great, especially the bed. Had a brilliant nights sleep. The next day we were moved to another room as per our request, it was the same as our first room but on the ground floor with a bath. Unfortunately the bed was not as comfortable as the first room and back issues occured. Also maintenance was working above us and in the next room which hindered our sleeping. We left a couple of days early

Facility was good, breakfast met with my expectation, parking was easy with many available spots.

The receptionist who checked me end was not friendly or helpful at all and I understand there is a pool on the property but there is no carpet in the rooms

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a family of four during our visit to Destin. The location was perfect—just a 3-5 minute drive to Henderson Beach, which I highly recommend. For a small fee, you get access to a large parking lot, showers, and picnic areas. The hotel is conveniently next to a grocery store, a gas station, a beach shop with souvenirs and beach gear, and even a candy store. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the property was always kept clean, both inside and out. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and they changed the menu daily, which was a nice touch. One of the best features was the rooms, which felt so clean without carpet. Overall, I would definitely return and highly recommend it!
