The bathroom needs to be renovated. The bed was comfortable enough and the furniture was adequate.

Loved the view of the golf course and mountains from the balcony. Walking distance to the golf course restaurant where we ate for breakfast. Good location near downtown Wolfeboro.

Could use some updates, the hallway in the building where our room was located had some drywall dust on the floor and the bathtub in our room was not inviting. Having to leave a license at the front desk to get a pool key and then returning the same day was an odd and slightly inconvenient policy. In-room coffee was horrible—we each took one sip and dumped it; with so many local roasters within a few minutes would have been wonderful if there was a way to have that instead

Nice location-close 5 minute drive to downtown and far enough to not be crowded. Room was larger than expected and balcony was lovely and peaceful. Layout was nice, our room was quiet and didn’t have any noise issues. Several family friendly outdoor activities. Salt water pool was great—loved not smelling like chlorine!

Thought it was strange that there was no iron and ironing board in room. Did find an iron in th hall, but no board with it.

The bathroom - in need of updating. Drain plug in sink was stuck closed and had to take it out completely. The rubber mat stuck onto the floor of the tub (literally could not be removed) made me cringe.

We really liked the little kitchen with full fridge, stove, oven. Well stocked with cooking items, utensils, plates, etc! Also enjoyed the view of the golf course. Big spacious room with 2 pull out sofas and a table and chairs!

The place was comfortable and clean.. The balcony was very nice and private ..Staff was great..My reservation was canceled for some reason and they worked hard to help us with our stay..They were great on a very busy weekend..Thank you to the staff..♥️

The mountain view was just a good course. A boring view.

The pool area was very clean, i really liked that there was a limit to how many people could use the pool at once. Our room was big enough for all 4 of us. I loved being able to wake up and sit outside comfortably. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

We had superior studio with balcony at the yacht club of the lake. The view is incredible. Room has kitchenette which is very convenient. Great location and it's in the center of the town, can walk to everywhere.

Spring bed not the most comfortable on the pressure points. Hallways needed to be vacuumed and an ironing board that stays up (and not broken) or better yet an iron in the room.

Location was great!. Pretty view from room. Property is nice. Indoor pool and gym available for those that have time.
