On a noisy road. No elevator to second floor, so we opted for a first floor room. We upgraded to an interior room to try to cut the road noise, but the floor above us is apparently not well insulated and we heard every footstep and floor creak.

Staff was very friendly, place was clean and bed was comfortable.

The bedding is very thin. The blanket is thin and we were pretty cold all night. The bathroom fans are very loud and are mandatory when turning on the light. So as to not wake my daughter and partner I just had to use it in the dark.

Staff was very nice! It’s centrally located to where we needed to be.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the amenities our room and this property provided. A larger than average room had a refrigerator, microwave among the usual amenities. We were only making a quick overnight stop to hike the next day but I would definitely consider staying again when we are back in the area. Also, there were a number of restaurants in the area to choose from.

The air conditioning was not working and had trouble with the ice machine in the morning.

The bed in our room was uncomfortable and the shower could use some updating. Would appreciate more in room coffee so we didn't need to go to the breakfast room before we were ready.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast room was large and inviting, with tables near windows overlooking the mountains, and comfortable seating facing the fireplace and TV. We were pleased to have laundry accommodations.

The bathroom door did not shut (rm 209). The toilet paper is see through.

The TV system sucks. Changing channel and finding anything is nearly impossible, but who watches TV channels anymore anyway. You should just get a Roku for every TV and tell the cable company you just need faster internet.

Everything was great. Service is great and the staff is friendly. Perfect location to the campgrounds I was entertaining at.

We had 2 double beds. All 4 pillows were very small. We asked for extra (were only given 2), and one of them was filled with a prickly saw dust type filling that wasfallimg out. idk what it was. The beds were small and uncomfortable. They seemed more like air mattresses, although they had springs. The air conditioner did not work well. The door was a pain in the butt to open. you had to scan the door card at least twice before it unlocked, and then the door would stick. It also didn't shut behind you. which I believe is a fire hazard. The breakfast was pretty bad. The eggs were ok...and the waffles were good. However, the timer on the waffle maker wasn't working, so you had to make sure not to burn them. Tater tots were cold and soft, bagels seemed like they were from the dollar store, half the toaster wasn't working, the paper plates and napkins were the cheapest kind possible. Some of the decor displayed was ugly and cheap (a plastic red poinsettia "plant" that was all messed up was on display in the breakfast area). Lastly...although this place is conveniently located, it was also on the corner of a very busy and noisey intersection.

A bright light outside my window so I had to keep the curtains completely shut at night

Clean and comfortable. My room was in the back and was very quiet even though the Main Street outside is a little noisy with traffic during the day. A short drive to attractions and hikes. WiFi worked well for remote work.

We thought it was going to be a full hot breakfast and the waffles were great but wish there had been a little bit more hot food. Our room was clean and that was good. Very basic and rather dated but at least clean. The building looked shabby and the whole place felt tired out.

Having been watching it for years as it was remodeled. Was a nice place to stay, selling in laws home in the lake, so it was first time staying there.

Not a lot had two rooms book and paid ahead and then they tried to tell me it was not paid showed them on my app it was paid not the cleanest place not very friendly staff working at a inn myself was very dissatisfied

Hole in the bathroom wall. Musty smell & old decor.

The bathroom had a hole in the wall by shower head where faucet is coming off wall. We also found on the floor by our bed a pair of women’s sunglasses.
