walls are extremely thin, I could hear actual conversations in the next room and in the hallway (not muffled voices, actual words). At 6:05am, the alarm in the next room went off, exclaiming “Aubrey, wake up, it’s 6:05!”, and repeated this until 6:11 when she finally hit snooze. 😩

Our room was close to an open balcony overlooking the main lobby. It was extremely noisy and loud - every loud conversation from the staff and guests below could be heard. For reference we were in room 206. If I ever booked again I would request a room further away from the balcony area. Trash cans in the hallway were overflowing - not what I would expect from this hotel.

The headboard of the bed did quite literally break off the wall during our stay, I feel it could have been put on the wall more securely to prevent it from happening again or from anyone getting hurt while sleeping. They were supper nice and kind + fast about fixing it though!

It felt like a safe location, and was nice and clean.

the guy there at checkin just didn't seem very friendly and very overwhelmed needed extra help! person came up asking for extra towels while I was trying to check in and he gave them a glare and asked how many towels and then told the person for that many your going to have to wait till I can run to the laundry room but not with the friendliest tone. Definitely should not be a front desk person !

Desk clerk was professional and knowledgeable but not terribly receptive. As I work in customer service, I understand that some times are busier than others but eye contact does help. Some areas are in need of attention; paint peeling and bathroom could use some updates.

Quiet and safe hotel, good continental breakfast, and mostly good staff. Good for one night and the vibe I got was reliable.

There were a few age spots, furniture banged up and scratched, bathtub seemed to have adhesive from the new surround stuck on the tub. Not a huge deal, but I was told at check in I would be able to walk straight through to my conference but doors were locked with no one there to let me through.

Staff was accommodating and friendly regarding the tax exemption paperwork at check in and other interactions. Stayed here because I was attending a conference being held there

Rooms and bathrooms wjhile well maintained and clean are due for an upgrade. Such as walk in showers

Love the location with great view of the mountains. My room was clean.and neat. The breakfast bar provided good coffee and a decent variety of food to have a snack to start the morning. My TV did not work and was promptly fixed. Happy and pleasant staff.
