United StatesThe breakfast time was a little limited for seating since there were just so many guests, but usually if you waited for a little bit a spot would open up. The only other thing was that the hotel has a little bit of a weird smell.
The location was great for being right by the airport. Though we didn't need it, having the shuttle was a great option. The view overlooking the pond was also very nice and the breakfast was decent. The staff was also very friendly!

United StatesThe check in was horrible. After having a long flight, and getting to the hotel. The guy at the reception was nothing short of rude. I stayed for few minutes without him saying a word or even acknowledging a human in standing in front of him. After about 10 minutes or less, he pointed his finger to me to come to the next screen. I feel so dehumanized and if it wasn’t late (after 9 pm) I would have drive home. The check in which shouldn’t be more than 5 minutes, took me about another 20 minutes because he was busy on the computer. Checked me in, and without any courtesy, tossed my key and said my room number. Few minutes later, I came to buy water and I received similar treatment. If I ever come to this hotel and see his face on the reception desk, I would rather cancel my reservation and go to another place. He shouldn’t be the face of the hotel. You need someone with good hospitality skills and interpersonal relations to be face of the hotel and especially the late evening check in.

SwitzerlandCan barely understand the young woman at the front desk. Their airport shuttle comes every hour so if you miss it prepare to sit around for an hour or take an uber.
The shuttle driver is a very pleasant and helpful man. They are clearly doing some painting and renovation which was not disruptive and our room was in very good shape.

EthiopiaI was disappointed that the shuttle service isn’t available 24/7. I wasn’t aware of this limitation when I made the reservation—perhaps I might have missed it on the booking page. Since many flights start departing around 7 AM, it would be really helpful if the shuttle ran from at least 4:30 AM.
The room was spotless, and the two double beds were surprisingly spacious—perfect for our family. One comfortably fit our two kids, while the other was just right for the two of us. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since we had an early flight and had to leave before it was served.

United StatesI did not appreciate and I must say this is a first where I see a sign that says you can not take your food to your room for safety and health reason. What safety and health reasons are they referring to, especially since there is a refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave in every room. This knocked them down a star.
The property is well maintained and beautiful. I loved the indoor pool and hot tub and our room was very clean and comfortable beds.
