The location was close enough to the airport however if you are staying to see Houston, it is a way out from attractions

didnt have breakfast but saw the set up.very adequate and in a lovely area in the lobby. the room was well equipped , lovely layout , clean and very comfortable.

Its a little basic and not so welcoming, the smell when you walk in. It's not bad, but it's not super good. But then everything else is very good. Also in the bathroom, next to the soap, shampoo, also add a tiny body cream. Airco can't be adjusted to go slower.

Its a great little hotel at reasonable rate, good rooms, beds, bathrooms, nice breakfast and nice people.

Wish if the bathroom had more soap, shampoo and conditioner in the disposal containers in the bathroom itself. Wish there was a Water machine that guest can use all throughout the day and not only available at breakfast.

The staff was excellent. The pick up was on time just as they promised. I got in late because of plane delay but what was exceptional was the hotel still went out of their way to provide me with breakfast. The guy in the kitchen gave me everything that was served earlier nothing was missing. Anything that was lacking and they were able to provide they assisted. The cleaner, driver and everyone at the reception area were all pleasant. I stayed for 2 days.

The front desk staff is wonderful. We let her know about the shuttle need to the airport and time. She even adjusted our checkout time by 1 hour to accommodate our needs. The room is delightfully calm and very clean. They even made a tissue bow for the box of tissues. :-) They took care of the smallest details. I will gladly stay here again. They offer a buffet breakfast from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm. We like orange juice with breakfast, but they had good coffee, cold filtered water. and lemonade, which were good alternatives. I prefer the omelettes with cheese that some hotels have, but their scrambled eggs were fluffy and tasty. They have real butter. They also have a Texas-shaped waffle maker, which was fun to try. Their snacks are very reasonably priced for a hotel. There are no surprise costs that some hotels have.

I booked my original stay the night before my cruise. Upon returning from the cruise, I was grounded in Houston for two extra days due to weather and a canceled flight. Despite my frustration and not having my physical credit card, the staff walked me through booking online (I only had the card numbers) so I wouldn't have to sleep in the airport for two nights Staff treated me well, made this nightmare manageable and did it with care and consideration. My room was clean and very well stocked. The shuttle driver was extra nice and offered me some much-needed words of encouragement. I could not explore Houston due to the crappy weather, but my stay here was more than adequate. My only suggestions are to add a mini "business center" with a computer for guests to use in the future and at least one non-pork option for breakfast. I would come back!

The elevator needs renovation. Definitely looks old and sometimes has a drop feeling. The microwaves in the rooms should be better cleaned from the inside. They should also check the light bulbs from the rooms because some are flickering.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I liked that they were playing soothing music at the entrance. They were nice enough to accommodate the best they could.

All of the hotel could do with a make over. It was clean but the decor needs to be updated.

The room was okay. It was a bit tired and could do with a make over. The breakfast was okay. The same food every day but plenty of it. The Airport was only a couple of miles from it. That is the reason we chose it.

Curtains were worn; specks of holes on them. The carpet in our room was a bit exposed and you could get knicked by the metal if you weren't careful. Rooms need to be updated.

Great location and staff are always nice and friendly. Third time here since I like the location and the price is affordable than most.
