The area the hotel is in is a bit scary. But we knew that would be the case. We didn't feel safe enough to go out in the dark.

I stayed here for a week and had a mixed experience. The staff was generally friendly and helpful (especially the guys, who were great), though a few of the girls at the desk seemed to carry some attitude. The room itself could have been much cleaner. I noticed sticky spots on the floor, found three old “Do Not Disturb” signs behind the bathroom door, and even some items left under the bed from previous guests. When I requested cleaning service, they took the used towels but never brought new ones back, especially the towel for make up remover. Breakfast was okay, but for the price point I would have expected better protein options. The parking situation was also inconvenient, only couple spots at the front, though I do understand it’s a busy, central location. Overall, while the hotel has potential and the staff kept things professional, the cleanliness and follow-through need more attention before I’d call it a solid find. Surprisingly all that was mentioned above was just an observation and didn’t really bother me to the core, hands the higher score.

The room was a nice size but the placement of the mid-size TV was at the other end of the room from the bed. Very difficult to watch unless you are sitting at the desk chair right in front of the TV. The in-room coffee maker only had decaf. When I asked at the front desk for regular coffee for the maker, I was told they didn't have any but I could come to the lobby and get coffee between 6"30am and 8pm. So I traveled multiple times per day to the lobby for coffee and never used the coffee maker in the room.. The closet set-up was difficult to hang pants as there were double bars and the safe was right in the middle of the closet. Also there were no drawers except the drawer in the desk. and unfortunately there was no light switch at the entrance. I always walked into a dark room searching for the light when I arrived in the room after dark

Breakfast was OK...usual fare. Had to get there early to beat crowds and long wait times. The room was "roomy", but the view was awful. The bathroom was accessible and that was nice.

Breakfast and area but it wasn't a huge problem.

Very good, clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast wasn't so great, not too many options but if you grab a bagle with soft cheese cream and coffee it will at least keep you for the first couple of hours until you get to a decent breakfast place 🙂 as everyone said area is not very welcoming but no problems whatsoever, everyone minds their own business. In general, it was a very good stay and I would use that hotel again.

The breakfast could vary more. It was really good and we always had something to eat. The neighborhood seems scatchy but if you go by the main roads it is quite ok lots of food places and shops nearby

Easy access to city center with F metro line, very close to the hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean. Big rooms, lots of facilities. Wifi. Coffee tea water available all time. Dinning area open all day.

Would had been Equal Sugar for the tea (Fortunately I had some packed with me). Not everyone like Splenda.

Location to Q103 bus. There could had been a bit more food for the free breakfast, but was glad for the microwave and ice machine in the common area. Considering going again now that I'm familiar with the surrounding neighborhood.

Breakfast is only very basic. Some bagels, toasts, scrambled eggs, yogurt. Neighborhood is not very nice but we felt safe even when we came to the hotel late at night.

Very nice new, clean hotel. Just five minutes from the subway and two stops from Manhattan. Room was clean and big enough for four. Bathroom was spacious, too.

Water pressure wasn't the best, so it definitely takes you more time to get ready.

Very nice place to stay in. Front desk staff is very kind and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and they have everything you need for a nyc trip.

Breakfast does not have many options and the seating area was very small for the amount of guests staying in the Hotel. Safety issues. That area of queens seems unsafe. There are people selling drugs on the nearest street. Might be only weed, but I will not stay in this area in the future.

The room is good and clean. 2min walking to the Qeensbridge subway station

Some accessories did not work properly like tap or power sockets. The breakfast was unhealthy American cuisine but I understand it is standard. Overuse of plastic dishware.

Close to city centre and good value for money. The bed was comfortable but not over 200 cm as advertised. The service was extremely organized and staff friendly.
