You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I liked everything about it except the deposit, I was told it would be $50 then after my non refundable reservation was made it jumped to $250 which was returned upon check out but not everybody would have a extra $250 to put down

United States of AmericaThe neighborhood was a bit sketchy, and a sign in the parking lot told us to "remove everything from your vehicle overnight!" That made it feel unsafe! But we left a few items in the car, and nothing was gone the next day.
The hotel was clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient to our travel path.

United States of AmericaThe freeway noise was pretty loud in the room, but bearable. Our room faced the freeway. The area around the hotel is not great, although they have security cameras at the hotel and Police patrol the parking lot regularly.
The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and professional.

We had stayed here many years back and it was horrible. Our friends shared that it had been remodeled and new owners. Wow a beautiful transformation. It felt welcoming, and the office staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast bar was nice as well. Always noticed employees cleaning and the hotel smelling clean!

Love the quiet area but close to the interstate. Very dog friendly it’s $15 per night per puppy with a $50 refundable deposit. My girls slept well. We slept well and the breakfast wasn’t bad.
