Staff was pleasant

Breakfast No coffee in room Exaggerated rate due to event nearby

Everything was clean orderly, staff was very friendly. For the short time I stayed it was really good.

Had. A problem with check out day. Checked out I thought on time to get breakfast, but missed it by 5 minutes.

Really clean, bright, cute decor, friendly staff.

The size of the room/bed, the accessories available (micro-wave).

The soundproofing of the connecting room. I complained to the manager about the loudness of some staff members who were staying in the room next door. They kept being really noisy and inconsiderate of the other guests until late into the night, but nothing was done. You come to rest but wake up even more tired the next morning.

A/C worked great in the room and room was clean.

Had to request towels at desk when needed, as no room service over 4 days we were there. Also, no milk and very little juice at breakfast setup.

Couldn’t get into my room, no pool, no hot tub, it was hot except in the room and the staff was rude

The room we slept in was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Pool was closed for renovations and various renovations happening on the property. Was not told until we reached the hotel.

The pool was closed for renovation and there was renovation going on while we stayed. No parking due to storage containers. Management was not helpful.

Not being able to park in parking lot of hotel. Not knowing the hotel was under renovations and the pool was not in service.

Toaster French toast something ok never seen before. Canadian Becon was a nice change. Limited breakfast. Night lady(front desk) very pleasant and offered to refund our money but by the time we realized the issues it was too late to find a hotel with availability.

Handicapped room was not. Grab bars too hard to reach for normal person without having to lean far in to grab, tub was higher than most, even ones at home, asked for roll in shower like shown and the hotel had only 1 (one) i travel a lot and when I rate, I bring the standard kit I use, couldn't get in tub from electric wheelchair, had to sponge bath before going to professional meeting (embarrassed) the bed had to be from 1900s was like trying to sleep on wood covered with feathers and a sheet. Bell carts were defective, wife pulled on one to roll luggage in and the bars came off. The advertisements say pool and hot tub and it looks beautiful, got there NO pool, No hot tub, No gym. Room not handicapped accessible, too small could not wheelchair to heat/ AC unit

Breakfast was adequate. Location was a bit close to the highways and the road in was rough.

Pool and fitness center were both closed.

Nothing, people complain about water pressure, yes not super strong but more than enough to get washed up,

Being renovated and 3/5 properties parking taken up by oversized containers. Did not inform anyone that they were renovating . Was told they do t give extra pillows. Breakfast was not great( photo) one section of parking 5 more containers in parking lot

Room keys didn’t work. Vent in bathroom was absolutely filthy. Pillows are very, very small
