How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The air conditioner in my room wasn't working the way it should. The staff was helpful when it was brought to thir attention.

The fact that they have construction going on now is the only inconvenience.
The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating, especially the young man serving breakfast by himself. Everything was well stocked up until the end, and I don't know how he was able to keep fresh bacon out the whole time, lol, but that's a win for me, lol.

The parking situation at night wasn’t great. A lot of people would take up two spots or park crooked, which made it hard to park next to them. I ended up having to park somewhere that wasn’t even a real parking spot because that’s what the hotel staff member working told me to do. Even though it’s not really the property’s fault, the hotel staff should be able to call the guest’s room and ask them to move their car or park it better.
The property was great, it’s a great location and very close to the Lenovo center (PNC Arena). It was affordable and clean and the staff was very nice.

My only issue was the headboards needed dusting but that seems to be an issue with multiple hotels not just this one

I checked pay at location and the manager charged my card way before. Patience is virtue

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were there a little earlier than check in time (3pm) but weee told to come back around 3:30 - which is 30 mins after check in. Additionally, the water wasn’t very warm. So our showers were very quick and we could not have stayed in there long enough to wash our hair if we wanted to.

The water pressure and temperature in the shower was low.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 24-hour access to the fitness center worked perfectly for my needs.

I didn’t like that it was older. The shower curtain in our bathroom was peeling and looked like it needed to be replaced. The pull out couch bed was not too comfortable to sleep on. The air unit in our room stayed on, but we couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler though it was set to 65 degrees.
I loved that it wasn’t too far from the Hunt Complex. I also loved the staff. They were helpful and kind. Todd handled the breakfast each morning we were there. He was wonderful. He was engaging and helped in anyway he could. He also made really good coffee, which was great for those early morning feedings at the horse complex. Also, the pillows on the king size bed were normal size, not like other hotels where the pillows feel like a little square.

Upon arrival one of the bedding sheets needed to be changed due to a stain however it was immediately taken care of by staff member
The area was a convenient location to where we needed to go as a family to . Also Mr. Todd was pleasantly friendly at breakfast very accommodating and keep the. Breakfast bar replenished… Thank you Todd!

Could have been cleaner. Hair in shower/sheets. Breakfast seems like it should last past 9:30 am. Larger blankets for the bedding. The pool and bar open again would be great! I know they said because of Covid but everywhere else I have been have those amenities re-opened.
The staff were all very kind! Todd went out of his way in the am to make sure we had all the food/coffee we needed. It is in a great location for traveling to PNC Arena.
