The entire stay was perfect. The check-in process was smooth, the breakfast was as advertised and the service was exceptional. The location of the hotel approximately ten minutes from the airport/rental car location. Would strongly recommend.

Our entire floor smelled like cigarettes and weed when we got off the elevator and a group of men were hanging out in the hall listening to loud music at check in. We got another room on another floor but will definitely not be back

Bugs in bed, stains and hairs all over towels, sheets, and floor. No hand soap in bathroom, poor lighting in room with broken charging ports and a strong odor of smoke. I arrived past midnight and the representative was asleep behind the counter (understandable for the late hours), but I was given the wrong room and reservation with someone else’s last name on my key card slip. I only realized this once I had to request a new room due to the awful conditions of the first, which barely improved with the next room. No visible bugs and soap was present in the bathroom.

We killed 3 roaches in our room. We had to wait a half day to get clean towels after several asks. Pillows were not firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn’t the best continental I’ve had.

The location of the property was convenient

The furniture is old and outdated. The office chair in the room was torn in several places. The lighting in the room is very dim. When I called to ask for additional towels, I was told I could come to the front desk to get them myself because there was no one to bring them to the room. This property was chosen over another because it was rated higher for cleaning, however, this property was not very clean at all. The carpet in the elevator needed vacuuming for 2 days. This was not a good experience.

Location, close to the work site, decent place to stay away from home.

The check representative was not friendly to myself and another person checking in.

Dirty bathroom floor and hair in the shower, and the ac unit in the room was making a disruptive high pitch noise, so I requested to move rooms which was very inconvenient with an infant, at 9pm at night. The pool was 'broken", the phone in the room didn't work, I was told the wrong time for breakfast so I missed it, and the wifi was down. The manager, Aman, was extremely rude and I had to insist that he even come out and talk to me. When he finally did I literally had to talk over him to explain what my issues were (he was busy trying to tell me why he was so busy). Very poor experience overall.
