Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rude customers, 3 trucks parked up front blocking the parking to the facility.
Overall very clean room and premis. Good breakfast. Great location for me close to attractions, gym, restaurants, bank (next door).

Due to humidity or something, room smelt bad. Changed temperatures but it came back, the smell.
Price was great, rooms are good. Breakfast was good.

Curtains could block beter those strong lamps in the front garden. Not big deal but as for some who prefer total darkness to rest....

I have a service dog, which is a Medical Alert dog. An East Indian man (manager maybe?) called me out in front of other patrons and employees, telling me loudly that my dog was not allowed. I showed him my badge and the dogs service tags and explained that the dog was a service animal. He ridiculed me and stated “ IT IS NOT A SERVICE DOG” in front of everyone. I have never been treated like this ANYWHERE I have taken my service animal and was humiliated and near tears. Then he charged me fees to punish me for having the dog. I wish I would have gotten this man’s name. So the price I paid to stay in this nice hotel, was beyond what I could afford and they took it, unlawfully out of my bank debit card leaving me short for bills this month as I am on a fixed low income. I am thinking about filing charges on this man.
Very clean room, and nicely updated/furnished. Will stay again. Unexpectedly nice for the price we paid.

Was a good stop after Two Step Inn festival in Georgetown. It's conveniently located along I-35. We had a queen room but the 2 beds were rather small. Two adults could barely fit into 1 bed. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast didn't have any healthy options besides whole fruit and no utensils to cut the fruit up. The gym didn't have any free weights.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Electrical outlet in the room was broken by the AC. The AC turned off in the middle of the night, was a little stuffy.

The cold stuff at breakfast was good, but the hot items were not. The only other complaint would be how easy it was to hear the people above us walking around at night.
The property is easy to get to, right off the highway and close to many places to eat and hang out. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The fitness center was actually impressive-small but the equipment was fairly comprehensive and in great condition.

The only thing I didn’t like was how long it took them to bring down complimentary items like body wash, etc. I let the front desk know & even 2/3 hours later still didn’t have it. Had to track down housekeeping.
The room was bigger than expected & was so clean. Definitely great for the money!

the ac/heating unit didn't work properly i like a colder room, but after a few minutes, the ac would kick off and only get fan or heat.

We were there only over night and everything fit our needs.
The breakfast was served warm and there was a variety of different kinds of food. The location was easy to find with the GPS.
