Group of baseball boys disrespecting the pool area, no parents or staff were monitoring the behavior. Several other little kids around that it was taking the fun away for them. * our reservation through booking.com did not show up in the system at Holiday when we checked in. Luckily had confirmation # but took almost 30 mins for them to start a whole new reservation for us. Probably won’t use booking.com again

The room smelled like dirty feet could have been vacuumed better. Room was better after house keeping came the next day. Also my room card deactivated the day before check out which left us wet and in the cold at risk of getting sick. Worst part they tried to run my card for a deposit when I selected pay at hotel. This made me very uneasy.

The walls and doors are paper thin. You could hear everything from other rooms nearby, the hall way and we unfortunately had a family above us that must have been running and wrestling in their room until about 10pm each night and there wasn’t anything that could be done about it since quiet time was 10pm (the staff indicated that they could ask them to quiet down but couldn’t actually do anything about it until after 10pm.) I also felt that breakfast could be longer during the weekdays. It is open until 9:30a on the dot and the staff was very on top of it and ensured that the door for breakfast was closed off at exactly that time. I personally would have liked to see it open until 10am like it was on the weekends.

The property was clean. There was ample parking.

The stairs need vacuuming. The pools had kids running up the slide, going like 2-4 down at a time, kids eating in The pool and people being rude. I think there could be more staff doing walk throughs and keeping an eye out for safety and I know you can't do nothing about the rude kids but if you hear or see something, say something. I really also don't think food or drink(only allowing closed waterbottles) should be permitted in the pool areas. They can go swimming without that.

The staff was amazing, it was very clean, and the breakfast is awesome. I did love the pool areas for the amount of stuff to do for all ages. Slide, basketball, swimming, hot tub, kiddie area and outdoor area for the summer.

The building seemed a bit dated...the breakfast was underwhelming-for instance the juice machine was mostly broken so there were not really any options, the oatmeal was gone and never replenished, stuff like that.

Breakfast was ok...i thought it would be better. Room was clean but the facilities seemed dated. Pool was good and the kids did enjoy that.

Our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling which caused the bathroom to smell like mildew. The beds were very uncomfortable.

The staff was wonderful and the property was located in a great area. The pool had a lot to offer and the rooms were spacious. We would definitely visit here again.

The lobby was on the 2nd floor and we were on the 1st floor, felt like we were put in the basement.

We book the room only to spend the night as we were traveling through WI to MN for Christmas. It was booked as we were approaching Wisconsin Dells in our travels. Only spent the night and left early the next morning so we didn’t have time to use the amenities. Breakfast before we left was satisfactory.

The beds must be new, they were rather firm with little give. And the duvet covers were rather crinkly every time you moved. The toilet is rather low.

The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. The location is center to a ton of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was better than expected! The Cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy were wonderful! The pool had so much room! And the princess tower in the toddler pool was perfect for our little girl to play on!

The chair in the disability access tub wasn't very sturdy and tips forward and slides around. The pictures online showed omlets and bacon which I was looking forward to but instead they had watery scrambled eggs and no bacon.

Good location. Room was cool and clean. Decent breakfast, the pancake machine is a nice touch, I like it more than the waffle makers most hotel have. Nice pool and hot tub.

There was not enough food prepared and refilled for the number of guests. When food ran out it was a Very Long wait for more food to be put out. However, the lady who kept coffee bar filled and cleaned did a great job.
