No housekeepers besides in the morning. The hotel seemed understaffed generally. Duvet wasn't clean, bathroom looked closer to motel quality IMO than a "resort and spa". I went for a wedding and the experience was beautiful and nice, but if I weren't there for that event I would never stay here. It's not horrible. It's just not nice, either.

There's a nice trail on the property and some decent views. The rooms overlook trees but also buildings and roads, so it's not exactly a paradise getaway. But there are still beautiful elements

I came back after a day of meetings, late in the evening to find out that my room was not made up. The next morning upon check out I asked why and they said that I should have asked to have my room made up in the morning when I check in. The problem is that nobody indicated such requirement when I checked in. They said they were sorry about the misunderstanding.

Comfortable, clean, great location for meeting in Victor like I did. Good food in the restaurant.

Facilities showing their age. Floor was lumpy everywhere. Toilet paper holder was broken. No map of amenities online or in room. Pool was closed and hot tub was dirty.

Rooms didn’t match the more luxurious ambiance vibe of the lobby. Bed was springy and not comfortable. Fixtures and outlets for modern day usb/usbc usage was pretty outdated. In fact, all lamps were for plug-in only, no usb/usbc slots available. People don’t travel like that anymore - just cords. Remote for tv was outdated (and very dirty).

For $375 a night, I was expecting a nicer room, or a little more upgraded. I stayed there with a friend and all we did was book the room to hang out, watch movies, order in and go swimming. The room wasn't the nicest and our TV didn't work and it wasn't fixed until about 10pm. Also, the breakfast on site (since there's no continental) was $20/person. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Overall, not worth the things I did enjoy.

At check in, 4pm, (although I got there at 4:15) I was told my room wasn't ready because they had a few large groups, and that I should check back in in an hour and a half!!! It completely changed my first night with my family, as I had to go to kill time and revise my plans.

Delicious, but took way too long to prepare! I did a breakfast sandwich in the lobby 2 mornings, and got take out regular breakfast in the restaurant on the morning I left. I have no idea why it took close to a half an hour!

The hot water system of indoor swimming pool which is connected to the outdoor swimming pool was not working therfore the water temp of the pool was really cold unacceptable for the kids to swim in. When asked front desk about pool water temperature they simply responded as heating system of pool water is not working n they can't do anything about it right now. The kids were really disappointed for 2 days of not swimming.

The room was not cleaned while we were out, and then even after we requested new towels, coffee mugs, the garbage removed I had to ask again.

The room was poorly cleaned upon check-in. Gum on the bed, hair on the floor. There is no sound insulation. You can hear everything that is being said in the next room. Coffee and tea could only be bought. Breakfasts are expensive.

The room was not adequately vacuumed/cleaned. There was a broken piece of glass on the floor that my daughter would have stepped on if I hadn’t seen it and picked it up quickly.

Beds were comfortable with high end soft sheets. Room was a good size. There were a number of surfaces and countertops to organize belongings.

Hot tub is in rough shape and the jets would not turn on. Awkward position of wet bar which was not a huge deal. The elevators seemed to always be overwhelmed with people. To be fair there were multiple events happening during our stay so maybe this was the cause.

The room was spacious with nice amenities. A good sized TV to wind down to in the evening. The wet bar is in an awkward place but nice to have. The blackout curtains worked excellent in my particular room. Everything was clean! The children and I spent hours in the pool going back and forth from indoors to outdoors. Great feature! You are located minutes from every store you could imagine for shopping.

There were no cups in the room to drink from outside of 2 coffee mugs, and 1 of which was scaly and dirty inside. I had rinsed it out prior to using it and there was this brown scum that floated to the surface. We needed a cup to use in the washroom, and found this coffee cup very inconvenient. There was only decaf coffee for the coffee selection, so we did not have a cup while there. Bathroom tissue for use it quite far behind an area of comfortable reach and we all found it awkward. Took our son to the pool and found the water to be freezing! Not enjoyable, and lots of small pebbles from the flooring/walking area in the pool that made things tough to walk. It was uncomfortable walking barefoot from the chairs to the pool inside that area.

We liked the spacious room, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel and rooms could use some modernizing. The foyer is spacious but some more seating areas would be nice. Also, a continental breakfast as part of your stay would be appreciated.

The property was very pretty. The sunset view was stunning and the surrounding forest and trails were beautiful. We also liked that the golf course was right there. The Starbucks was nice to have, as well as the in-house restaurant. The TV in the room was a great size and the mini kitchenette was a nice touch.
