Most furniture including cabinets and toilet were broken. Property was not my definition of clean at all! Also there was no blankets for the pull out bed and the one for the master was basically a throw

The reclining loveseat was broken. The remote to the LR television never worked right. The toilet seat fell off many times. Many light bulbs were out. The door lock was difficult to engage, to unlock and to lock. As two 78 year old women, we were unable to uncover the hot tub so we couldn’t use it. The handle on the freezer was broken and the freezer was unreliable, ice would not freeze.

The AC worked well and the kitchen was well appointed. The back porch was nice, though we couldn’t find out how to turn on the lights. When contacted several times, the staff was responsive and kind.

Would have gave it a 10 but the recliner was broke along with the freezer handle. Nice cabin but needs up keep. I needed to speak to someone and was on the phone for 2 hr and 45 mins and never got anyone. Customer service definitely is 1. Mosquitoes will eat u alive ,must have repellent outside.

I loved it was a single level and close to parkway. Having laundry was great.

Someone didn't clean very well. We had trash under towels and some dishes weren't clean. We spilled some water on the floor and when we went to clean it the towel was almost black from the floor. There was a broken chair that one of my children almost sat it. And the driving directions need to be more detailed. We got lost because it didn't tell us where to turn off of the main longvale rd.

Loved the sweet, little cabin. It felt very homey and had everything we needed. My husband is a double amputee, so it was very convenient to have everything accessible to him.

A nicer bed, a usable kitchen table

Cabin was cute we could not use the kitchen table not one time for our anniversary because it was broke and falling apart! One chair was busted up propped against the wall when we arrived, we notified staff and got no response. It was terrible to even sleep in the bed there was sooo uncomfortable definitely will not stay there again!

Very dirty ...floor needed swept as soon as we got there there were numberous random leaves/hair tie/ dirt ( it was REALLY BAD and i have a 1 yr old crawling) there was food and debris in the pull out couch....food under both couches!! There was a bathing suit/panty liner stuck to the bathroom floor with pubic hairs stuck in it!!! ( that was a real kicker for the first thing we noticed walking in the bathroom).... also there was debris in the hot tub so it was clearly not drained and refilled as the listing states which isn't a huge huge deal but there was definitely sand and random things floating on top and in the bottom

I wish the hot tub had steps, would of been safer to enter and exit. The fire pit looks as if it’s not used in a while, needs some TLC. But these were minor!

It’s one level (traveling w someone with a disability), which was needed. Very comfortable & clean. Small issue was resolved immediately. The host was great!

Everything. The TV's was ridiculous, no wifi. Wasn't properly cleaned. Earrings and trash was under beds. Spiderweb throughout house in and out. There was no broom or mop. It was unsatisfieding.

was not clean- we cleaned when we arrived and had a pile of dirty socks, hair and other unknowns. ice maker didn’t work, no kitchen towels, rag, or hot pads. if you plan to cook bring your own kitchen stuff- first 2 days we had to eat out due to no pans that were usable- finally went to goodwill and grabbed a few. host did drop off a flat pan eventually.

The directions to the cabin were poor. It is very difficult to find. Google maps will lead you to the mailbox, unfortunately it is nowhere near the cabin itself. Do not try to get to the cabin in the dark. A sign with the cabins name by where you need to turn would be extremely helpful.

The cabin was wonderful. It was well taken care of and had everything that we needed.

It is a bit difficult to find and get up to. There needs to be better signage/address because you are driving on curvy roads uphill. The road up was a bit treacherous in spots.

The cabin was clean, cute and comfortable, with full amenities, one level with walkout to hottub. 24 customer service to call if needed, close to Pigeon Forge while living in nature.
