The cabin was absolutely wonderful! The little touches made it so welcoming, even for our pup that was with us. The owners were very prompt to respond to questions. Our boys loved the game room. We will definitely be staying here again.

I had to rewash most of the dishes I needed. Glasses had lipstick, and pans had grease. I know it wasn't the property's fault because you're supposed to was them before u leave but it was still an inconvenience. Maybe someone should've checked that.

I loved that it was exactly what was in the pictures. When i needed extra shampoo and towels, they had them delivered to me. It was very peaceful

**Review for Wolf’s Den at Wooden Nickel Cabins in Payson, AZ** We recently stayed at the Wolf’s Den at Wooden Nickel Cabins, and it was an unforgettable experience! Nestled right on the edge of the national forest, the cabin was immaculately clean and wonderfully cozy. The proximity to the creek, just a short walk away, added an extra touch of serenity to our stay. One of the standout features is how dog-friendly the cabins are. They even provided puppy treats, which was such a cute and thoughtful touch. Our kids absolutely loved the upstairs loft; it was the perfect space for our four little ones to play and relax. The on-site playground and charming game room kept them entertained for hours. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a family getaway. From kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding, they’ve thought of everything. This place is truly a hidden gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

I only have 2 complaints. The bathroom counter was really small, so it was hard to plug in a curler, and the previous occupant didn't wash the dishes. It looked like they just put them away. But not the fault of the cabins at all.

I loved how remote it was. It was a perfect getaway in the woods.

Picnic table was a little rickety but glad to have one. The inside table was a little small.

Quaint and Cozy, comfortable beds, large refrigerator, AC worked well, and loved the gas BBQ...well decorated! Caught some rainbow trout in nearby Hunter's Creek.

We got snow during this trip, and I can't think of a better place to get snowed in. Beautiful area, peaceful, quiet. The bed felt like sleeping in a hug.
