We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe guest parking was a long walk from the guest rooms, there were signs for a shuttle to drive from the parking area to the rooms but we never saw the actual shuttle. Also, there was a strong smell of marijuana near the pool area and in parts of the hallway where our room was.

United States of AmericaBack porch light didn’t work at night (couldn’t find any light switch, but most other rooms were on at night - motion sensor light?). Game On arcade had a broken game that still took my money. Also the Pokemon claw game did not work once the claw went down and up without closing. Need more variety of games for kids. Also list how many credits you get for the dollars that you pay.
Common areas were clean and visually appealing. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was nice.

United States of America3:00 in the morning the toilet was plugged, someone brought me a plunger, I. Said I didn’t even know how to use it. I called the front desk and they sent the same person and they couldn’t fix it either. When we left the next day still not working.

United States of AmericaThe first time we stayed (about 3 years ago) the bed and pillows were SO comfortable. This time we did not sleep well because the beds were not as comfortable. My in-laws also came and loved the comfort of their bed... we assume maybe not all the rooms have the same bedding?? The first night our AC was not working and we were HOT. My husband brought it to their attention day 2 and they quickly sent someone to repair it - worked well the second night!
We loved the lazy river and spent the majority of our time there. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. The restaurant was delicious.
