There’s no hand towels and though they have a kitchenette, you are lost unless you bring any utensils with you.

This is the first Inn and Suites I’ve been to that did not provide appliances and dish ware. I was upset that I had no coffee maker. Their option was for me to drive out to a restaurant after we has driven in from San Diego for 13 hours. Very disappointed. Didn’t realize this was a rent by month location . The smell of marijuana was overwhelming in halls and outdoors. Spring Hill suites was right a cross the lot for only $60 more but I prepaid:(

I was charged an extra $77.23 3 days later after I already paid the booking fee of $63.06 plus $50 pet deposit (non-refundable) agreed upon check in. Can't get a hold of the hotel front desk. I don't believe they have enough employees.

Close to the freeway and restaurants. Front desk lady was super nice.

A suites hotel should have some basics. there is no kettle, no utenciles, no hair blower, no coffee maker. It is not you what would feel a common sense about a suites hotel.

Beds hard and bedding, covers terrible. vent in bathroom needed to be cleaned. Smell in the room, could only open the window 4 inches. Police on property, watching videos and walking the halls. Dogs barking all hours of the night. No ice machines or coffee pot.

We asked for a nonsmoking room and got a room that had a terrible cigarette smell and our 5 year old child was having trouble with the smell and could not get another room.

The place was comfortable, a great prize with a great location.

A little rough- wouldn't venture out after dark and glad my husband was with me. No frills. No ice machine. Has cooking area but no utensils, pots, etc. Desk minimally staffed. Not very sound proofed.

Convienent location. New hotel - clean. Close to grocery stores, food, I-70. Beds comfy.

We booked a double room. We were put into a handicap accessible one double bed room. We asked to be moved but they said they were sold out and couldn't move us. They had moved some one for the same reason before us. They told us because we booked through a third party. The bookings are misleading.

The staff was racist and treated my husband very badly. They kicked us out before our stay was up with no explanation, all they said is that my husband had to “get his stuff and get out, and he is not welcome there” upon check in the bed was broke, the microwave was not working and the room was full of dog hair all over the bed and floors.
