I only found a small elevator, which is the only quicker exit. The only other exits are the stairs, and it was up to the third floor. The mattress was making noise and the bed was moving, so I moved it to the corner, but the mattress was still making noise. The bathroom smelled of urine and there were only two large towels.

The air conditioning works very well, the refrigerator and microwave too.

There is a sign which says no pets allowed but there a lot of dogs with their owners on property. Something to consider if you are allergic or something like that.

I was not able to get a room, so I was charged 86$ for a room I never got to sleep in. Or even step into. They ran my card when i arrived at the hotel , & said it declined when i had money on my card AND I had paid online already. Was never able to check in. Extremely disappointed and will never go back

Finding tweezers in my bed. The blinds were broken. The input on the tv was not set properly. The desk manager had to come help. The baseboards were held together with rusty staples. The walls were very thin. I could hear my neighbor’s tv and it was set at a very normal volume.

Smell of week in all hallways and even the room - No breakfast - no WiFi - roaches in the room - not kitchen ware - very uncomfortable bed. Staff miscalculated my stay/payment; as result, my key did not work half way through my stay: the rude staff treating me as if it was my problem that they made mistake!

Everything. There was next to no products in vending machine. I watched cops shake down an employee eating a tamale.

There was no breakfast or top sheet for bed. Pretty spartan accommodations.

Too many things to start listing. Safe to say I didn’t like anything about the hotel and was a blessing in disguise, even though I had to pay way more for the Marriott Courtyard hotel close by that I eventually stayed at. I will never stay at Extended Stay or refer anyone to stay there.

I couldn’t stay there because my flight arrived at midnight and got to the hotel after 1am. Had to call for someone to come let me in and took about 45mins for the person to show. Only for the person to inform me my reservation was canceled and that he couldn’t get into the system because it was running some updates. Basically couldn’t help me at 3am in the morning. So I had to find another hotel that late.

We had confirmed reservations, and we called the hotel itself to confirm late arrival. When we arrived, we learned they overbooked. No room. No help in getting alternative housing, even from the Booking.com customer services agent. We were totally abandoned.

Being let down by the hotel and booking.com (See pictures). I arrived at my designated check in time to find a couple of notes telling me that my booking would not be honored and that I need to find somewhere else to stay.
