Maintenance takes awhile to reach your room, I've stayed a few times, you have to keep rechecking to see when? Suggestion: improving this system by either calling the guest to give updates or estimated time of arrival, or creating a 'known' time slot to receive service. Bathroom sink and bath was filling up with water and had to wait a long time, delayed my plan. Price could stand to be a few dollars less not by much.

Ample space of the room. Kitchenette is a BIG plus!! All rooms have them btw if that is of importance to you! Great lighting, well lit space with option to control which areas. Most of the staff is friendly and greet with both eye contact & a smile! Yani, Kearston, Nathan, Tiara & Paul's(Mgr) are very nice, they try to find solutions

The bed was not put together well. When you sat at the end the head of the bed would raise up. When laying down it made a lot of noise with any little movement. Days after we stayed there, there was a mystery charge that was attempted from the hotel that was not authorized and also no contact before or after it was attempted.

The front office representative was awesome.

Lack of disposable silverware. My meal came with none during delivery. I had to leave and go to whataburger so I could eat and no ice machine for overnight guest

That if I wanted clean towels at 5am I couldn’t get any until 7am for some reason. Also the staff seems to not like working with people each one I saw working was rude in many different ways, and also my room had no phone for some reason and no wash cloths or hand towels only body towels 2 of them and one floor one and nothing for kitchen at all

No cooking equipment or cutlery; had to buy these. No coffee maker. Dirty floors in bedroom

Convenient location for university, about 15-20 minutes drive. Facilities for self catering and laundry. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Mediocre bugger place nearby

When I walked into the lobby the lady didn't even acknowledge that I was even at the counter. I had to tell her "hello" so she would look in my direction. When I walked out of the elevator on the second floor there was a strong odor of marijuana. I went downstairs and informed the lady at the front desk and she acted like she didn't care.

It was at a good location close to where I had to go and the price was reasonable.

It seemed as though there were people living out of the location. The TV didn't work and they never came to fix it. The bathroom lights kept flipping the GFI, so they would shutoff sometimes.

The price was good for one day. The room was clean and didn't smell. Clean sheets, clean floor, clean bathroom.

We didn’t like big red cart parked in hallway. Only one nightstand. We were on ground floor & people walked by window area & sat around picnic table. We didn’t feel safe.
