The only thing I found an issue with, was it is not ADA accessible. I was on crutches with a broken foot, opening doors into the lobby and out to the parking lot was challenging. HIGHLY recommended remedying this, especially since the facility is located near hospitals.

I was having surgery the next day and your staff got me in 2 hours ahead of check in. The young man at the front desk both check in/check out was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Will highly recommend to others.

The hotel provides you with a full size refrigerator, small cooking. Yet no utensils, cups, glasses ( ????). I don't know very many people that travel with utensils. Also, no hair dryer. People these days don't often bring their own hair dryer

Customer service. The lady at the front desk had 0 patience. I know it’s not the hotels fault but people were in and out of their rooms throughout the Night. Knocking on their doors at 2-3AM and you could hear a baby crying all night and TVs on through the walls all night.

That it was a decent, clean place to stay.

Too many rules and the signing of so many documents. I get you must’ve had some real ne’er-do-wells that forced you to adjust your terms. But, it was just flat insulting to the rest of us. I was truly thinking of walking out during the sign in process. Fix this.

I might suggest optional blackout curtains to slide over blinds. The blinds were in great shape, but let in a liitle more light than I am used to.

The evening manager, Ashley was friendly, kind and very helpful. The morning manager was just as great, but I didn't get her name. Their actions went beyond checkin/out service. The room was very clean and looked like it would be great for a longer stay. I loved that it had laminate flooring! It made the room feel fresh & clean. The shower and bathroom were clean and had good hot water pressure. There was coffee available 24 hours.

The motel is dog friendly. During the day you are going to hear some barking. This was not a problem at night.

Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. You get a real kitchen (full-size fridge, large microwave and two-burner stove.). All appliances and bathroom fixtures were high quality. The building is very secure.

You have to bring or buy some pot and pan to cook on the mini stove if you don't want to go out often to eat.

It is not a fancy hotel but It has features like a stove, microwave, refrigerator, pay washer and dryer in the laundry room, mini fitness center, and TV—a lot of nearby restaurants within walking distance.

Two ridiculous conversations/arguments with Linda, one of the front desk managers, every time, I extended my weekly stays I left because of her. She made numerous excuses, for why she didn't, check on the problem, that is highly illegal. I live in hotels in Colorado Springs. The hotel, lost precious revenues, because of her. She clearly, had absolutely no interest to check about the problem. She told me, this hotel, is charging hotel guests, $2.00 per day for linens, added to the rate quoted me, by Booking com, after I arrived at the hotel. I am a Booking.com, level 3 Diamond 💎 member, and I have been in the hotel industry, since 1965, and I am currently starting, my own 18-22 hospitality and tourism projects, in 7 countries. A conversation I had with customer service at Booking.com, agreed 💯% with me.

It was clean, bed, was comfortable, nice towels, quick hot water, nice size room. Great kitchen arrangement.
