I came fully prepared for bugs with spray and cleaning supplies.. None of that, bad reviews had me on edge. They said cockroaches we're running underneath the fridge, the shower had mold, and people smoking in the hallways... None of that, haha I'm serious, I was scared but this place either got smoked by bad reviews or they shaped up QUICK. My room was clean, no smoking in hallways and shower had ZERO mold. My only complaint was some woman a few doors down screaming for some reason every now and then "YOU ARE NOT MY GOD"... I assumed it was normal since no one complained or called the cops... Which should tell you about the "patience" of the residents in this place. Lol E.g. no cussing, or threatening, or shooting.. Just a screaming lady 🤷🏾‍♂️

For context, this place was designed and made about 5 years ago as a response to COVID and low income housing to get people off the streets and "stop the Spread". With that being said, this place is WELL worth the stay for anyone needing a place temporarily but can't afford an apartment in today's economy.. It's an "extended stay hotel" and it comes with a full blown fridge, built-in microwave and even a stove! Compared to the last hotel I stayed at, this place had a FULL Laundromat inside with more than 8 dryers and 5 washes. The last place had only ONE set... Be warned though, the card reader system doesn't work well In the wash room, so bring quarters. Hallways were temp controlled and the room was fresh and clean. The bed in the photo is my blow up mattress lol sorry but.. trust issues

Would it have been just a little less in price, I would of stayed an additional night. Overall I feel satisfied with my stay at woodsprings

Elevator smell like gasoline and I seen a few bugs

Comfortable beds, room and spacious a lot of storage space the kitchen and the regular size refrigerator

Well I didn't like that bugs maybe roaches were seen throughout my room. Where as I went and got bug spray. The hotel was nice but you can tell that women of the night were in and out. I also was upset that I received a flat from a blade being stuck in my tire. I was disappointed but due to my son being a trucker he stayed.

There was lil roches in the bedroom.

Didn’t plan to get a hotel that night. The traffic was completely stopped and still had a long drive. We decided to to get a hotel and we found this one. Staff was amazing very kind took us in right away.

There are no coffee pots in the rooms. Coffee down in the lobby at 4:30 am. Ice machine on 1st floor. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Short on amenities.

Clean room. Price was good.

The smoking/drugs smell from other room that rigid through our walls.

Location was good, right next to fwy. I did not try the breakfast, no time.

Staff was unfair to clients yrs ago.

Disrespected us over our LATINO IHSS GUY WHO WAS DEAF (IM MIXED BLK) & mildly SCHIZO & CIGARETTE CRAZY always askin for tobacco but i told them hes a lil slow up front & due to him straling i bought a CITY TOUR BUS but got put out over standing up for HIS RIGHTS & RACIST COLTON PD TOWED IT After i put it in open LOT ON RIV AVE & VALLEY BLVD Bcuz i told MS OFFISHIT that SHE WAS RUDE.

When we walked in, there was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals and the floor felt a little oily.

I was not informed there was breakfast... Location was convenient with a short drive to stores and fast food places.

Bed wasn’t comfortable, I could feel the metal from the bed. We can hear kids running upstairs. We were there for 10 days and we didn’t get to have clean sheets or towels because the property is more like an apartment complex.

Staff was great, really nice and helpful. The property was really clean.

Some Repairs were needed in the room but other than that it was great (ie holes in the bathroom door, marker on the chair, paint on the ceiling)

even though it clearly stated no smoking the hotel smell like marijuana and cigarettes . the elevators and hall wats were not very clean they needed more cleanliness. the room smelled stuffy.
