The wifi never worked. I might get connected for a few seconds and then it would drop. The access screen has you register by name and room number never knew me. So no internet connection was a major flop. There were no utensils, coffee pot/coffee, plastic cups etc.. The room was bare. On my second day someone had put a plastic cup (2) in the bathroom. In general this wasn't an issue for me, but for a place that advertises an extended stay aspect, that seemed off.

The staff was great! Very nice and accommodating staff! The room was clean. The bed was sparse but quite comfortable.

While I realize this is a long term stay hotel, that rents rooms for short term if they are available..I did not expect that the homeless population of the area would be staying there. As I drove into the parking lot there were many people just hanging out in the parking lot smoking and whatever. In the cars parked in the lot sat the rest of the people out for a smoke... cigarettes and other things.. There is only one door into the building, which I love for security but as my son and I were standing in the very small foyer, several people were bringing their dogs in and out for their nightly walk. People were walking around barefoot in their pajamas which I thought was odd. The room, for the most part, was clean. But if you looked closely around the tub, sinks, stove, sides of the refrigerator it needed a good cleaning. The inside of the refrigerator was very clean. The overall look of the room was kind of beat up and in need of updating and cleaning with some bleach The hotel , on our floor , was reasonably quiet. Overall the room gave us what we needed....a place to sleep for the night. I've stayed in this chain of hotels previously. The hotel in North Dayton, Ohio, honestly, was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. I was looking forward to my stay in Holland because of my previous experience in Dayton. I was quite disappointed. I don't normally leave reviews, but I really felt that people considering this hotel should know these things, especially if they are traveling alone or with small children.

Front desk employees in the evening and morning were pleasant. I was traveling with my son and we felt safe in this hotel. Bedding was neat and clean.

Bare bones room with vinyl flooring. Full size bed had only 2 pillows, thin sheet and blanket. Art work missing from walls where there used to hang. No curtains and blinds were missing the bar to open and close them. Older electric stove burners had macaroni under the burners that would be hard to get too. Floor molding missing in bathroom along tub. Shower curtain had mildew in spots. Only overhead lights, no table lamps. Air conditioning unit was noisy.

Bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. Refrigerator was clean. Lots of parking. Close to main roads. Temperature control for air conditioning was very good.

Staff didn’t double check the room before they let guest occupy it. The room was missing a toilet paper holder there’s one unopened toilet paper roll. Cleaning staff were too early to wake us up at 9am and kept on coming back very disappointed.

It was more of an apartment. There were basically people living there. It gave us heeby jeebies when we walked into the room. The bed was a metal stand with a mattress on it. It did have a refrigerator and a 2 burner stove but the refrigerator had rust all over the outside of the doors

This place has been converted to long term occupancy. The smells coming from the rooms were a mix of Mexican foods and Asian foods. Gross! Multiple dogs barking throughout the night. The toilet didn't work and after telling the front desk, they still didn't fix it. Long human hair was in the the bed. Sidewalks were not shoveled from snow presenting a slip and fall danger. This place should be removed from the listing of hotel stays. This is nolonger a hotel, but a studio apartment rental place. Oh! No coffee maker in the room. Horrible stay.

I didn’t realize this was the kind of hotel geared towards individuals that are in town for work for and extended time. There was no coffee pot in the room or in the lobby because there was no lobby. You entered checked in at a counter. They did give me a restaurant guide which was wonderful. The beds were cot style full beds comfortable and clean. There was a weird wet dog and tortilla chip smell but you got used to that. It was affordable and clean and if you are staying more than one day it had a full sized fridge oven and two burner stove top. I almost forgot the water pressure in the shower was so strong I literally Almost lost my balance.
