I had reserved with the option to pay at location because we had the amount in cash but that wasn't an option once there. It was infested with roaches. The room had a bad smell. We reserved for 4 people it only had 2 towels. No Internet for the TV. The beds were in very bad condition.

The only thing that we liked was the location, that the room had a full size fridge and it was spacious.

Where do I start....1. This is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel, as the sign states at the counter upon signing in. However, on the 3rd floor where our room was located, we could smell that people were smoking not just cigarettes but weed, which permeated into our room. 2. The TV didn't work. 3. No Wi-Fi info was posted at the service desk or in the room. 4. When checking out, the front of the lobby was still closed at 9:30a.

I did not stay because I was not able to get in to my room . I had arrived at 1230 midnight from my flight from detoit and front lobby was closed and no one was in to let me I did ring for someone to let me and no answer. I finally found another room at 130 at another hotel . I haven't got a refund .I did call and I was told the lobby closes at midnight. I would of never booked a room with them.

The entire inside of the facility

First off the outside of the building looks great but it's very deceiving. The rooms are good size and there are in a remodel. So I booked 2 rooms on the new side looks ok but very cheap bed frames, and mattress, not to mention they had roaches all over rooms, coming out from under the fridges and on the walls behind the beds in both rooms. I grab my family and got a refund and got out as fast as we could. The staff was friendly but the establishment on the inside was horrible. & google.com Done

There were several roaches in the room, rust everywhere, trash still in the trash can. Blood on the floor in the lobby and walls in the elevator. Just overall very unclean

It was quiet. All the positives ended there.

The location is busy a busy highway. Police station and heavy traffic. All you hear say and night is heavy traffic and police sirens along with emergency vehicles. The bed felt old and very springy . It was only i and that bed made me feel more than 190 lbs. the windows and walls are really thin. There isn’t any curtains, which makes the blinds very trance parable. The people are not the most up repeating people as in the guest. There should be some short of standard as per the stay. I was in town due to work. The wall also very transparent everything was heard at all hours of the night. Especially the doors are always slammed . Very busy location people always coming and going . Mostly same rooms . It’s a hotel to stay and relax and have the feeling of relaxation. Not feel insecure and thinking the doors that are loud which are all of them is yours trying to be forced open. There’s too many different sounds going on from the one place that’s supposed to be relaxing. Really was on high anxiety at all hours of the night . Two of the most annoying days of my live . The cost was good and affordable. Which is a plus but you just and make the experience not feel like the prices. Please work on noise control. I get people have trouble sleeping and most schedules are difficult but cmon. Not push everyones stay into the next room. Good luck and hope this helped

The room had small roaches and the one elevator they had went out we had to take the stairs. One of our employees had a hard time climbing stairs because of his disability.could not believe they only had one elevator in the whole building

The only thing I liked is the location was close to our work site.

Didn’t like that I had to wait about 20-30 for someone to give access to our room and then I room key didn’t work and we had to wait in the hallway outside of the room for them to come let us in mind you at the point it’s almost 2 am and with 2 little one we just wanted to go to bed once in our room we tried turning on the tv it didn’t work the worst part we saw roaches in the room at first oh it’s just one NOOOOO THEY WERE ON WALLS ASWELL COULDNT STAY THEIR WE CALLED BACK THE CLERK TOLD HIM ABOUT SITUATION WE DIDNT HAVE 5 MINUTES IN THE ROOM I asked to get refunded still waiting on that very upset customer I even forgot to take photos everything but driving for 9 hours and with little ones your body is done and tried.
