Having a cart to put my luggage on to bring it to my room. I thought that there wasn't one but when I was washing my clothes I found out that there was one hidden on the other side of the dryers. I guess that they were for special people only.

There was no breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful 🙂.

Hallways and room smell weird. NO ROOMSERVICE. They won’t bring clean towels or take the trash out. Also no cookingware available. You’ll have to buy pots and pans and dishes. Limited tv channels. Wifi wasn’t great. You can buy faster WiFi for $15/week

The wifi... they ha d an issue with which way to list my name.... Then when I finally got online... the wifi connection was tested out at 2.2mb... the upload was like 1.2mb This is 2023 and this hotel in in McKinney, Texas... the wifi needs to be bumped up several notches so a customer can actually use it

Kitchenette dirty counter top and Stove top had food on them. Dirty Sink in bathroom did not drain Bed uncomfortable with only 2 pillow’s air conditioning didn’t work well.

Fridge/freezer was dirty and there were dead gnats in there. No shampoo/conditioner for shower. Some of the staff was rude and I was hung up on when I called, then suddenly I wasn’t able to call that number anymore. When we got there, there were alarms going off, it smelled like marijuana and urine, the systems were down so we couldn’t get cards for our room, the elevator doors weren’t working so we had to open and shut the external doors to use the elevators, and the room was dirty (stains on the sheets - and was too busy with work and forgot to take pictures). There was hair in the shower, and the toilet had spots on it from previous users. The bed/sheets were not very comfortable and the TV remote was missing batteries. Also, the walls and doors were so thin and we could easily hear people around us talking/watching tv/doing things. It cost way too much for the quality of our stay.

I liked there was a full fridge/freezer and a kitchen area and the a/c actually worked.

I thought there was going to be a small couch, but instead there was a small table and two kitchen chairs. Also, I did not realize that I would have to pay $50 because Booking didn’t say anything about it.

There were a couple of things that bothered me. When I was told there was a McDonald’s close by within walking distance from someone at the desk before I arrived. That unfortunately was not the case I had to spend extra money for Uber eats both for dinner and breakfast. The other thing was there were no dishes cups pans or anything else in the kitchen to cook with or eat on. Who has a kitchen in the room without anything to cook on or eat with. I doubt we will be staying there again

The staff was incredibly MEAN. NOTHING gets done and they do not care!

However, when we pulled in, we circled the building to make sure the front was the front. It didn't look like the front of a hotel. There was no soap (maybe I was supposed to know that), the blinds didn't cover the side of the window well and we were on the first floor. No ice machine. But the worst part was I could not sleep because of how bad the bed was. It was literally the worst mattress I've ever slept on. I tossed and turned all night. For that fact, I will never stay here again.

Location was easy to get to. The staff at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Place was clean.

It stunk so bad that I almost couldn’t stay in there & then our clothes smelled just like the room did. It was a non-smoking room that smelled so bad from stale smoke mixed with something else nasty.
