The towels and washcloths were extremely thin. But they were clean. There wasn't an ice machine on the premises. The rooms above me and beside me were very noisy at all hours of the night with people tapping on the floor and hitting the walls. Since the front desk person left at 11pm, there was no one to call to handle the situations. The window shade did not shield me from the outside light at night.

The location was great and very easy to get to from almost anywhere in Naples. The entire hotel was very clean including my room. The bed was very comfortable with several pillows to use.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

No basic cooking utensils. No dishes. Only 2 towels for a 5 night stay. No room service for the entire week.

Convenient location. Staff friendly. Clean room. Kitchenette was nice. Full size fridge was a bonus! Quiet and peaceful.

Nothing for the kitchenette (ie hand towels, soap) Room smelled like someone had smoked Marijuana in it yet it was a non smoking room. Beds were very hard. Spilled water on the floor from emptying my cooler and cleaned up with a bath towel and the towel was brown from the dirty floors. No ice machine in hotel. Very expensive but I guess it is because of the area.

No blackout curtains. Just cheap shutters. Loud AC. Little bitty shower head to save water. Many folks seem to be living here. Neighbor was very loud. Bedside lamp didn't work.

Any Breakfast Insulation in walls. Was constantly wakened by noisy tenants on same floor and above. Can hear chairs being moved and beds moving. Shortened stay due to closing on new property. Still haven't rec'd refund on unused booking (6 days)

This is an extended “suite” hotel. But, they don’t provide any dishes, silverware or cooking utensils. I can understand why, but don’t say you offer these things without saying you have to bring your own supplies!

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. The room had a fridge, kitchen sink, a microwave & 2 burner electric cooktop. The room also had a desk & plenty of storage for clothing.

My daughters room did have a roach problem. Sad to say she was not happy at all. She had to change rooms on her last nite.

Jim McKinnon was very helpful and told us about places to go, etc. He seemed to really care about the property and they’ve made good changes in staff since I was there in 2021.

Be advised: this property is a budget property and there are limited amenities. For starters, there is no complimentary breakfast. There is no pool. In our room, there was not even a coffee maker. And, despite having a full kitchen, there were no dishes in the room (at least not in ours). I don't know if these are provided upon request, but I was expecting just a little more in the room itself.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was convenient to what we needed and is only 5 to 10 minutes from downtown Naples. The price was reasonable for what you got. There was a full-size refrigerator and two burner cooktop which was nice.
