We got there 10:30 pm no one in office have to call- I called from phone in lobby, 20 minutes, nothing- finally called customer service, they made a call , another 20 minutes, someone shows up , no urgency, no apology, and then charges me $30 pet fee… we aren’t even there 8 hours! I would have gone to motel 6 across street but I had prepaid unfortunately

The bed is horrible. A mattress on a metal frame very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on my pillows so I wouldn't feel the metal frame.

One small plastic glass for two people to share! About all I can say is: it was a roof over our head after a days' long drive. Won/t be staying there again.

The early shift lady (summer) was completely rude!@! The website said there was a pool, nope no pool. This was the only reason we stayed there. When we asked summer what time does the pool close, very rudely, we don't have a pool! I will never go there again!! Oh, and the kicker, they do allow dogs which is great. However, the hallway smelled like pee,and we had shit under the bed. We did not bring our dogs, so it was not ours.

Location was easy to get to. The graveyard young lady was great she was not ignorant.

The cleaning staff were great the front desk lady was a bit of an opinionated person. I have issue with standing for a time I can't do it. I ask if she had a chair I could sit in while I checked in said no it's not under policy to provide chairs. She just kept repeating policy to me. Idk what to say that you are not very accommodating.to the handicap people.

It is in a very sketchy neighborhood with a lot of long-term, lower income residents. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately bombarded by a guest, who was out smoking, who then followed us in and was asking very invasive questions both in the parking lot and at the front desk.

The front desk clerk for our check-in was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a kitchen in the room.

The furnishings of the room are too limited. There's not even a lamp by the bed. Considering that someone might stay in this for an extended time, it's super uncomfortable. The blanket was basically a second sheet.

The manager was very kind. And the room was surprisingly clean. I'm very glad I didn't see the cockroaches that other people have mentioned!

It was like being in fort Knox with only 2 doors you can go in and out of and no coffee makers in the rooms. You have to buy dinnerware and cooking stuff because they don't provide them in the rooms because they have a kitchenette in the rooms. No continental breakfast. They had 2 vending machines that were way over priced for the items you could get. I will not go there again.

There was a full fridge and freezer combo. The location wasn't in a bad area. Close to gas stations and Cactus Reds restaurant.

I was traveling with a friend. When I booked the room I was shown a photo with a room that had two beds and a couch. What I got was 1 full bed. The room did have a kitchenette but it was so old I would be a little afraid to use the stove.

The property seemed clean and I liked that the door to outside was locked.

The room had a kitchenette but it didn't have dishes, cookware, or utensils, no dish rack, dishyowels, or soap. There was none available for rent either. There was no way to cook anything in the room. What good is a kitchette if you can't use it?

We got put into room 119 which is probably the worst room in the entire hotel. Right next to the entrance and exit which people continue to use all night long, very loudly. There is a big porch light outside the window which people stood under to make their cell phone calls, very loudly. Also, it’s right next to the elevator, the snack machine, etc. that people continue to use very loudly. It does not make for a good nights sleep.
