The older lady there kept locking us out of our room before our end dates. The manger handled it for us.

I loved the staff that worked in the evening. The bed is comfortable, and they keep the smoking floor smelling good so you don’t smell the smoke. The manager was great as well.

We lost power due to the thunder storm and unfortunately, the hotel did not use a back up generator to prevent guests being left in the dark without the use of lights and television. The risor room flooded which set off our smoke alarms at 5 am and sounded throughout every floor for forty-five minutes keeping us from getting any sleep. I have a child with epilepsy who definitely needs her rest. We were not offered any refund or other accommodations. Sadly disappointing.

The bathtub didn't drain. the toilet struggled to flush. the bathroom sink didn't drain. the bathroom floor was covered in dirt, dust, grime, and grit.

Didn't give me room I booked and didn't even tell me it wasn't the right room until after I paid. Table was wobbly. Shower rod loose. many little minor maintenance things that should have been fixed prior to renting the room. Under the bed and the table had not been cleaned. Lady checking me in didn't even apologize that it was wrong room and the manager the next day didn't seem to care either.

It was comfortable. Employees were nice.

The staff were bullies. I had to stay for 5 weeks Because I was in a wreck & my car Was undrivable. I told them I left my key in the room & they charged me $20. For a room key & tried to tell me they couldn't always get into guests room. They undercharged me one week because they were training a new girl, then days later threatened to lock me out if my room unless I paid a late fee of $45 , two days before I was scheduled for check out & 5 days worth of pet fee , I was told $10 p/ day( but they didn't tell me they charged tax on my dog as well so closer to $12.00 p/ day) this place charged 11.00+ for clean towels & sheets. The laundry facility is overpriced at $ 2.50 to wash & $2.50 to dry, small wash loads only. The hallways smelled like mold, ashtrays, & livestock. The staff were rude & bullies & try to justify ripping people off by saying a mistake was made by a new employee & the guest must pay for it regardless of the fact it was their screwups. The mgmt said they would drop the $45.00 late charge( I was in a car accident, car undrivable) but when I got my receipt they did infact bill me for it. Rude, rude, people. The nicest one there was the maintenance man, he came to spray our room for the many roaches that moved in there the first week we were there, & on another day came to fix our smoke detector because the night before there was a fire alarm sounded & everyone evacuated the building only to find out it had been a prank., Our detector was sounding on their panel so he came in to check it, it was just not on properly. . The hallways & rooms were noisy & ether the police or fire dept showed up almost everyday of our stay. If u value courtesy, good customer service, quality at affordable rates, honesty & transparency in scheduling & fees don't stay at woodspring suites at 3800 w. I-44 srvc.rd. in okc,ok. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.

Had a few issues with the air conditioner unit when first arriving but the staff was quick to help figure out the issues so that way my stay would be more comfortable

Negative. The staff were rude when finally getting a hold of someone in the back. You could hear a lot of people but no one comes to the help desk.

I never got to my room. I already paid for it and when I showed up the lady said I had to pay $100 extra for deposit. We had to sleep in the parking lot in my vehicle.

The attitudes of the staff and the fact that they did not give me my 100 dollar deposit back for no reason the room was not destroyed at all, although I'm grateful for them holding on to my stuff and returning it I was still entitled to my deposit back at the time I really needed that money cause my apartment was being slum lords and I was living with no water and electricity so that was a expense I really could not afford but needed.

the bed could’ve been a little more comfortable, but was good compared to other hotels.

the room was clean, well stocked (towels etc), and everything worked correctly (tv/fridge/range top). it was surprisingly quiet. they have a laundry area and vending machines for guests. the staff was superb!
