No soap and bed way too low for disabled person

Obviously room was newer and ada room not 5 miles away from front like some hotels.

Small signage at main entrance. Drove around for 10 minutes, then finally called front desk for instructions. $100 Deposit, which is fine. Except, they charged my credit card twice for this deposit. Both charges were reversed by the manager, but guests shouldn't have to deal with this. No hair dryer in room. No iron or ironing board in room. The only drinking water was the fountain in the gym area.

Easy on, off I5 (once I found it). Comfortable bed. Just stayed one night. I didn't use the kitchenette (full cooktop, fridge) but can see someone staying for an extended period finding this very useful. Nice gym/workout area with what appeared to be good equipment. Safe. Needed key to enter hallway from lobby.

Once I got comfortable and unpacked started noticing trash around the room and that everything wasn’t properly whipped down. I’m questioning the bedding but I’m too tired to change rooms and I dont have much faith in the other options.

Needs a little thicker blanket for the bed. Some of the people staying there were a little shady looking but no problems.

hard to find only two sets of towels for registered family of four people one tiny bottle of shampoo and tiny bar of soap and one makeup wipe (conditioner, lotion, dish soap, sponge would be helpful) had a rod for hanging clothes but no hangers elevator smelled terrible

No hand towels, and there were no blankets on the beds. When asked for some, we did receive one for each bed, but couldn’t have any extras. Since this room for 4 was listed as a suite and showed pictures of a full kitchen, we expected to be able to cook and eat a simple breakfast. However, although it has a mini kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher, a stovetop, and a microwave oven, the cupboards were bare. No dishes, pans, cutlery…(just 4 plastic cups, 4 bath towels, and 4 washcloths—no dishcloths nor dish towels.) The only soap was one small bar of soap.

Very clean, good location for our needs (groceries, mall, and restaurants nearby), very comfortable beds and pillows, decent towels.

this was the first hotel that didn't offer coffee machines in the room. the amenities were considered extra and had to be paid for to use.

the actual room and hotel were nice. the staff all seemed very friendly.

Motion sensor lighting was annoying in the room and a bit confusing to figure out. Tv remote didn’t work. And the first room we were sent to hadn’t been cleaned or was occupied.

Price was the most reasonable and property is maintained well.

The room has a kitchen but there’s no pot’s and pans, no utensil. We have to bought everything. When you travel you don’t carry those things. There’s a lot of people staying at the property that don’t look too good. Outside the property there’s a lot of the guests smoking weed, drinking and smoking.

We did not see a sign for hotel and it sits back off Martin Way so a bit tricky to figure out how to get into the hotel. There were several transient people along the perimeter loitering around of the hotel. We didn’t feel like a safe location . The bath towels were very small. There was a full size refrigerator but no coffee maker. No complimentary shampoo or coffee.

Didn’t realize it was an extended stay location. Everywhere else nearby was sold out. Felt like a hospital room, clinical and sanitary. No rugs, no curtains, no fabrics, just thin blanket & sheets on bed, extra blanket in closet. Strong chemical cleaner smell. No breakfast, no coffeemaker in room.

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Works for a good nights sleep. Friendly staff. 24hr front desk.
