Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There weren’t any tissues or hand towels. Also, the water pressure in shower was very low.
I didn’t know they had breakfast. The location was great.

Basic…no coffee in room. Coffee ran out in urn in lobby(but clerk did brew more coffee when asked). Door access card did not work in first assigned room… had to move to another room. Room card holder said WiFi password was last name; First name was what actually worked. WiFi apparently limited to two devices; I was blocked from having wife’s computer, my computer, and my cell phone connect via WiFi.

At 7am, there was zero coffee available. Both large coffee dispensers were completely empty and the front desk staff had no idea and the coffee station is 10 feet from the front desk. Be aware of your surroundings, be aware that travelers want coffee no matter how awful it will taste. We had a queen sized bed with ONE solo tiny pillow that was so squashed and mushed up it was pathetic. A quick check of all possible drawers/spaces found no other pillow. The room had a cutting board though, really?!, but no normal pillow or even a 2nd pillow since you know it was a queen bed and we were 2 people. Advice: Go to Dollar Tree and go to Dollar General and you can pick up very nice and inexpensive necessities for the rooms.

Shampoos and soaps were way to small. Use for only 1 person was supplied. We were there for 5 days. Had to go and buy these supplies. Had to go down to main lobby to use vending machines. Would have been nice and convient to have those on each floor.
Pricing was amazing compared to other area businesses. Centrally located to all of my family members.

would like hand towel for drying hands at the sink
room was nice and clean, be aware that they don't have a hair dryer ,no tissues or hand towels in the room. I ask for a hand towel and they did not have any.

Rooms had a very perfumed smell to them. Beds and pillows were clean but not very comfortable. No 24hr desk agent

There was minimum parking due to all the construction trucks taking up spaces. I think a construction company has a contract for their out of town workers to stay there. It was very loud around 6am from the workers leaving for work. (Understandable) I could hear my neighbors whole conversation because of the thin walls.
It was a very convenient location right off the highway and around a lot of restaurants. The front desk was very tentative. We needed extra towels and he brought them to our room fresh out of the dryer.

Marijuana being smoked in the building and at entrance ways. Entire second floor hallways smelled of marijuana at all times. Thin walls and floors.
